You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaNo lobby. Really weird to have no lobby to wait inside of. Coming in on a flight if you get there before check-in you have no where to wait. Luckily for us the clerk found us a room otherwise we would have been sitting on the curb until 3:00pm and initially he didn't even seem to want to talk to us. Had to call someone to come help us because no one was in office for check-in or check-out. Area was not great if you are walking. Not food places to walk to.
Shuttle worked out great. Bed was good. Shower pressure excellent. TV was nice. Nice to have a microwave and fridge. Room was huge. Sink outside of bathroom a plus.

I like that this is one of the few decent hotels left in the Bay Area that still has some designated smoking rooms on site.

United States of AmericaRoad noise from the freeway was omnipresent. Bed was a little lumpy. Shower tub was very slick and there was no safety bar to keep yourself from falling.
I had only a couple hours to sleep and the room provided ample opportunity to sleep and take a comfortable shower in the morning. WiFi was easy to access. Check-in and check-out were very simple and efficient

United States of AmericaThe room was designated "smokefree" but had the lingering odor of stale smoke. The freezer was in serious need of defrosting and there was a frozen burrito in the freezer. There was used tissue paper under the mattress. I was not able to use the freezer for my own needs.
Just the location, which was close to Oyster Point Marina which saved travel time in the morning.

United States of AmericaThe airport shuttle that was advertised was just a taxi… It was not very good and it was frustrating trying to get the shuttle to pick me up. Also, they did not offer a shuttle in the morning which was very inconvenient. I had to pay for an $18 Uber ride back to the airport. Also, they did not have coffee makers in the room as was advertised on the booking.com website. They didn’t even have glasses in the room to have a drink of water. The staff were not very helpful. The hotel was dirty.
The only thing I liked about the hotel was that it was close to the airport.

United States of AmericaThe lobby door was closed and the only way to communicate with staff was through a very bad phone outside. I had to call several times, because I got locked out of my room. The staff said that I may have put my card next to my cell phone. I said that I did not & she kind of said, "we don't know". I could not get a hand truck for my luggage until 10 am & I wanted to check out sooner, So, I had to make about 4 trips from the room to my car.. I am disabled and almost tripped on one trip to my car.. I tried to call the staff again & they would not answer, so I used my cell phone to call directly. It was very frustrating.
