We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe floors were dirty,there were dead bugs all over the room. There was mold on the fridge door,the vents of the air conditioner were covered in something nasty. The bed skirt looked like dry puke on it,the toilet wouldn't flush properly,there were black hairs on the blanket and towels. And I was charged twice for the room so I'm dealing with a dispute right now. Will not be returning. And they only had waffles,one kind of cereal for breakfast.

The location was fine. However the room was Dull, no decor. Shower was dirty. I stayed in this chain of hotels in the past. Never seen it bad like this one. Can’t even get a cup of coffee ran out .

The lady who checked us in was super friendly and very nice!! It was probably the only good thing about the stay honestly. Oh the beds were SUPER comfortable! Almost made me want to purchase my own haha

It had a few amenities that weren't listed, such as: hydrocortisone cream tube on top of the "closet." The gentleman at the counter wasn't talkative, but the two slugs in the room were. They told me to leave, but it was late and they were slugs so I didn't listen. I should have. Unless you're a drunken slug at 2 am, don't spend 77 dollars.

The next room was awful, TV didn't work and when they did find a one the remote never worked. They told us we would be compensated in the morning which was a lie.
