All breakfast was was cold cereal and applesauce. When we pulled back our sheets on the bed, there were stains. The facility need to throw these out. It took more than one phone call to get a clean one!

When you first walked into the room, smelled just like smoke and it stunk in there. There was hair on the beds, and that was unacceptable.

Being pre warned by another customer at the door, i should have listened. And if it wasnt already midnight, pre-paid on line and no where else to go.. I would have left...... VERY, VERY much in need of renovation. NEEDS CLEANING at the very very least. Carpets were nasty, smelled funky, walls were yuck, bathroom...uhhhh. Just don't. Booking.com, you shouldn't even offer this place as an option. Days Inn and suites... shame on you! I am extremely disappointed by a company I had always trusted.

No phone in the room, so there was no way of reaching the front desk! The lobby is under renovation, the door was locked when I got there, and I had to ring a bell and wait out in the cold to long!

We went for breakfast at 9am but the worker said it was only offered until noon and did NOT let us have some. The room had a hole in the wall and the shower curtain was broken.

We saw two rooms because I accidentally booked smoking but didn't want smoking. Both rooms had damage poorly repaired, light in the non smoking room didn't work, holes in the ceiling in the bathroom over the tub and in the corner of the bedroom. We were looking a cheap bed close to the event and that's what we got.

Nothing I was appalled at the condition and cleanliness of the room. Holes in wall, the sheets were dirty and carpet disgusting. Hotel manager was not available to resolve any issue. In the condition our room was in should never have been rented. Very disappointing.

When I made the reservation, it didn't mention that the lobby was under construction so I had to check in through a small window and no services were provided!

I didn't feel safe. It seemed as if people lived at the hotel and walked around all night. It was a lot of suspicious looking people hanging outside the premises. Not only that, the room smelled like cigarettes, the tub had hair in it, the floors weren't swept, and the carpet needed replacing. The hotel staff were very rude.
