Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThey charged my card for a security deposit on my room for $50 and said I’d get it back in 2-3 business days, and I still haven’t received it. My room was perfectly clean when we left also so there is no reason why they would have kept my security deposit. I’ve tried calling but get put on hold every time for so long I have to hang up.

United States of AmericaThe stains all over the carpet, the t.v. had lines through it, two lamps didn't work, outlets loose where you plugged something in and it wouldn't fit right, coloring on the walls and lamps, the head rest had hand prints on it, ants in the bathroom, trash in the night stand drawer
The location wasn't bad for what we are in town for

United States of AmericaThe bathroom in our room needed some significant maintenance, which we alerted the staff to. They offered to move us to another room, but we were already settled & chose not to move.
The breakfast was adequate. I missed having bananas or a waffle-makers, but appreciated the hardboiled eggs, bagels, cereal, & little muffins & donut holes.

United States of AmericaThe walls were paper thin. Could hear people yelling word for word. The door was really hard to open and close. We had to slam it shut and kick it open. Plus the continental breakfast was just muffins and bagels, that you could heat up in a broken toaster.
The staff was friendly despite there being a lot going on the night of check in.

United States of AmericaThere were no trash cans in the room at all. There were stains all over the carpet. The bathroom was in poor shape. Dirty, missing tiles on the shower and mold on the ceiling. The pillows on the bed were far too small. We were given keys to the wrong room and when we entered the room someone was in the shower. We had to go back to the lobby and then we were given key cards to the correct room.

United States of AmericaThe falsely advertised outdoor pool, the unexplained details of signing out a separate swimming room key, and the open/empt hot tub (which proved to be a dangerous scenario). Also, the concierge staff was cold and unwelcoming.

United States of AmericaWe get there and it seems very shady from the outside. Get inside and it is 2 hotels in one. You check in on whatever side desk you booked with. Go to find the pools and the outside one is filled in and grass is now growing there. Then we find the inside pool on the 5th floor and we can't even get into it. Have to go back down to the desk and get a key which I was told to return in an hour. The hottub was not working and the pool is small and freezing. Starts at 2 feet goes to 4 ft. There was also no towels for the pool. The ceiling looked to be falling in the corner of our room. Then come time for breakfast they have small muffins and coffee. The website says breakfast included, I don't consider muffins a breakfast. I feel like this hotel has seen better days.
The beds were comfortable. It was pretty quite around us! Easy to get to from the highway!

United States of AmericaThe manager was great, and other staff as well. Now let me try and explain my view of this place. So came out here for a bowling tournament. As I get there the place didn’t seem bad(wasn’t there long enough yet) went to check in to find out they immediately “held”my total amount which was for an 8night stay without telling me which I was not expecting and was very upset because I had to ask they didn’t tell me, but as I stayed thru the week I understand why they charged me full amount at the beginning. This place does not feel safe way to many transient people everywhere also realized this place is “two” hotels in one. One being the Days Inn which is where I stayed the price I paid showed it. And the other side is the baymont that’s suppose to be a better hotel well let me tell you the only difference I saw Where the hallways because we all had to walk out the same way see the same people drink the same coffee and muffins which I also understand why there is no breakfasts yet. They would have to feed more than just the paid guest. This has taught me that sometimes it’s ok to pay extra it’s worth the comfort, safety, and most importantly my peace of mind. Good luck to those who choose to stay in either place. To me not worth it.
Sorry didn’t like this place.
