You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Singapore1) Front desk tried to mislead us that breakfast was not included in the booking. When we produced the proof with the email confirmation, she then said that it should have been taken out. The manager (who's not present in the property) gave a measly 5 dollars reduction for 3 adults' breakfast. 2) the first room we were given had 1 of the beds still in messy condition and with something wrapped in a bed sheet like a giant dumpling. We immediately asked for another room 3) the room which we spend the night in seemed fine initially, until we discovered later that the bath towels smelled like used socks and the room infested with little insects (cockroaches) that emerged from behind the wall. 4) this days inn is day and night from the ones we stayed in other cities. Something is seriously wrong with the management of this hotel.

Very weak on the breakfast options. Stalled bengals , muffins etc. milk left out uncovered. The place felt empty. Also, a friend of mine had his truck stolen from your parking lot recently.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast was skimpy. There was no juice. The machine was broken but you should have had pitchers or little cartons available. The towels in the room for 3 people, 2 wash clothes and 2 hand towels. I had to ask for bath towels and turn in the hand towels and swap out the wash clothes. We went home and brought our own.
Miranda was great! She appeared to be the only one on staff, and that was a little bothersome. Not because she was not capable, she was, I was concerned for her safety.

Cayman IslandsRoom was not clean. Sheets and shower curtains were dingy, stained, off-coloured. Dust on lamps. I had to request a room change. Also lots of wear and tear on the lounge chairs. Overall rather disappointing as I have stayed here before and the fixtures were decent. The second room was better, but overall they need to upgrade the bed linens and shower curtains and lounge chairs.
Location was good. 30 minutes from IAH. Receptionist was pleasant and very helpful when I requested a room change.
