Our room was very dirty and the breakfast wasn’t actually breakfast.

The location was close to the hospital which was what we were in town for.

There were roaches in the bathroom, the tub was dirty, the toilet tissue was used and almost empty, the peep hole from the outside allowed you to look in on the room.

I’ve always had a positive stay with days inn, not typically ever in the room but for sleeping so I don’t invest to much. But The location, upon arrival at a late hour you could obviously tell it was completely in a bad neighborhood. Couldn’t even enter inside. the cleanliness, The bathroom/ toilet/ shower very outdated. The toilet was a toilet like at a park. Toilet leaked when flushing. Shower drain was clogged up. Knobs were outdated and Cant tell what’s hot or cold. Only supplied 2 towels. The Room was constantly humid and sticky the ac didn’t work well. This days inn promotes breakfast included and all they had were honey buns.

Only thing I liked was staff were nice, and it was close to my location of what I traveled for.

Checkin clerk took around between 10 to 15 minutes to check me in although there were no other customers at the time. Seemed totally confused . Breakfast included was a joke —- only a few plastic wrapped sweet rolls , maybe 5 or 6 left and I got the last cup of coffee out of the coffee container Kleenex holder was empty, soap too small to use for a shower, and no hand lotion . Can understand why there were only a FEW customers in the parking areas. Owned by Wyndham was misleading !!

There were a lot of people that seemed to be hanging out in the parking lot/courtyard area, that didn’t seem to have rooms (come and go on foot)

It was very noisy, I woke up in the middle of the night people walking in the hallway very loud partying in the pool.,back of our room people are banging in the wall and it’s very annoying. I never stayed hotel like that.

The grounds were filthy and the place looked almost abandoned. I’m sorry to say, but it was not a pleasant experience, thin walls and could hear a party next door at 2 am. Mostly the building and grounds looked so neglected. The bed appeared clean and ok. The interior could absolutely use renovations and paint . I’d prefer next time to be further from town in a neater and more updated hotel.

Booked a king bed and when I showed up to the room, it was in disarray. The bed was not made, the A/C did not work, there were cleaning supplies in the room, and it was dirty. I had to go back and ask for a different room. I was given a second room with two double beds. At least the A/C was working. I requested a refund for the difference in what I paid for the king bed as opposed to two double beds. I have yet to hear from the property.

The cut stodian was asleep when I got there may I got there no one to answer me no towels in the room no towels in the room no 1 swept over no 1 swept or cleaned for my 2 days stay for my 2 days day breakfast was it was very minimal But the staff was very nice very thoughtful friendly Location was great !

the original room i was booked in was completely disgusting, the bed was previously slept in, and not changed out, the bathroom was dirty, the floor had dirt all over the towels were laying on the floor, the A/C wouldn't stay on, I took pictures and complained to the staff on night shift, they apologized and put me in another room.

the new room was clean and comfortable, the beds were made and smelled cleaned the A/C was on and the room felt nice was happy that the night staff helped us.
