We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Some of the doors would not work with the card to get into building, there was no microwave in room, the lighting in room was poor, needs more bright lighting! Definitely did not like the $150 dollar deposit asked of this facility just to book 1 night that is excessive for a motel that is run down

United States of AmericaThis hotel is so outdated and run down. The building is gross. The guy at the front desk could barely speak English. I felt very unsafe at this hotel. The surrounding area seemed fine but this building seemed very unsafe. My husband was afraid his truck would be broken into. Doors to the hotel were unlocked all night. The rooms look like a prison cell. I was afraid of getting bed bugs in the beds. Let's just say if my husband wasn't with us I would not have stayed there at all. Very disappointing. Our room was $100 and then $150 security deposit. Not sure why This place should not even be called a Hotel It is an absolute DUMP!!

United States of AmericaWell I stayed there 4 nights ago and still waiting to get my 150 dollar deposit back even though say you get it back immediately upon check out. They don't tell you that it takes 3-5 business days until you have to call and ask two days later. Still waiting. Told them they are misleading their guests. I hardly had the extra money for the deposit and until I get it back, the room for one night has put me down for 270 bucks.

United States of AmericaBathroom door didn't shut, curtains didn't fit the window so to much light came into the room, air conditioner didn't work enough so room was hot. Said there was breakfast and it was granola bars. Doors to get into the hotel didn't work. Outside of hotel not very clean, very outdated needs some work. And wanted a 150 deposit for incidentals, for what? The place was already damaged.
