The entire place needed a lot of work: towel rack in bathroom was detached and needed to be anchored to the wall. Room needed to be repainted.

Room I was in light over sink didn’t really work. Short in it. Had to keep cutting it on & off for it to come on. Towl bar over toilet was broken & on side of toilet. Floor through out room was not level. Mini fridge was very unstable had to hold fridge on side to keep it still just to open door. Only had one towl in room. You could tell the floor had not been vacuumed. The coffee pot was very dirty & old water was in area where you put water to full it up along with the cord inside the water!

You have to put a 50 dollar cash deposit down when you check in. I don't carry cash, so I had to leave and come back. The guy behind the counter was rude, and snapped at me when I politely suggested they tell people this up front so we could arrive with the money. The room had a funky smell and there were pubes in the shower. I will not be returning.

The bed was comfortable. The room was affordable.

I was aware of the area while traveling back home and booked here. I figured with it with it being a suite room with a jetted bathtub it would be nice. There were roaches, sketchy people doing drug deals, and they went in and threw away our groceries before checkout time while we went to breakfast.

3 attempts to get into room. Key cards did not work. Changed room. Key cards did not work. Master key card had to be used by attendant, who promised to be right back with working cards. Never showed. Had to go back to office to get them.

On arrival to room there was already toilet paper in the commode and it would not flush, this led me to question whether the room had been cleaned. Gentelman at the front desk was borferline rude. Way to many mirrors.

The bath tub was as big as advertised. Checking in and out was really simple.

The room had a bed who's foundation was made of 2x4s that didn't fully hold the bed. The light by the sink didn't work. I chose this location because it had a breakfast but they jad gooey oj, no aj, and they served apples and nature valley bars as the main food

Breakfast ends earlier than most establishments in the area of the same caliber. We have stayed at this particular location multiple times and never had any issues until checkout today. When we went to check out we were accused of stealing by a pillow stating that there were 5 no there have never been 5 it’s always been 4. We were also accused of stealing a towel. We are not thieves and I was to the point of showing that lady my car because it upset me. I almost didn’t get my $50 deposit back because of it

Outside of the Gypsies running in front of your window at 2AM, without a care in the world, the rooms have been heavily used. Both carpets, and towels need to be upgraded.

Sink didn't work properly Shower was dirty and tub held water and didn't drain while trying to shower Microwave didn't have the correct pieces inside (glass plate and ring) So it didn't work correctly Coffee maker had broken top and didn't brew correctly ..and saw a couple bugs crawling on sink and in near bathroom Was only there a few hours and paid full price Would have been nice to be able to take a decent shower and make a cup of coffee.

Said it served breakfast. THEY DO NOT. They have coffee and a granola bar...period. Room was semi clean. Sheets were stained. Carpet felt damp. Didn't want to go barefoot.
