Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The lamps and tables. Very rusty and old. Also the bathroom was very small.
It was one story. The bed was comfortable but they need new tables & laps in their rooms and bathrooms updated. Clean though.

Dairy-free yogurt would be a nice addition as well as honey for tea. I didn't see the front desk phone number in the room anywhere. I may have missed that, but it would be handy to have the number near the phone. We tried to connect our phones to the television to watch a video, but couldn't see how to make that possible. If it is possible, it would be ideal to have instructions in the room near the television. A hand towel rack would be a convenient addition as well. A note in the room regarding where to get ice would be helpful.
The free breakfast was nice. I especially appreciated the Kind bar and the fruit. For a self-serve breakfast, you offered a sufficient variety. The Staff is top notch. We had some rowdy and loud neighbors one night and I brought the issue to a Staff member. She thanked me and waited until I returned to my room. A few minutes later, the neighbors were settled and that was the end of the noise for the rest of the night. Thank you so much for addressing things professionally and quickly. The location is fantastic - super close to the Ark Encounter and the highway. I stayed here last year for the Answers For Women Conference and I returned again with a friend. The beds were firm, plenty of pillows, sufficient towels.

The window shades made it difficult to have privacy when fully opened.
Our original room had a very noisy heating system. The staff was very accommodating in providing a different room for the second night. This room had a much quieter heating system. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast.

Bag breakfast No housekeeping for room. We stayed 3 nights & had no service replenishing towels, toilet tissue, trash removal. We were told to put our trash outside the room & we had to go to office for clean towels, etc. The lotion bottle was empty & had been for awhile because there was an envelope left in the room with a note about it from the last person who stayed.

This is an older hotel but the room was clean and comfortable. The location is right across from the ARK Encounter so that was great.

A bag breakfast was provided but not very satisfactory. Ham sandwich (I think it was ham, no description was given) and I don't eat pork. Apple was good. Juice was provided which I can't have citrus. Muffin was great. The room is sadly lacking for electrical outlets. Needs to be updated to accommodate phone chargers, laptops, CPAP machines, white noise machines, etc.
Motel was close to Ark Encounter. Beds were comfortable. TV worked well. Place was quiet. Staff was friendly. Everything was very clean. Nice coffeemaker in room, as well as microwave and refrigerator.

Breakfast bag was nice. However there was no milk to drink. The Keurig coffee maker in the room with 6 pods was excellent. Commode did not always flush efficiently

The bathroom, although clean, is tiny. The shower could not maintain temperature.
Nice clean room situated right across from the Ark Encounter. The queen beds were comfortable and the fridge and microwave were helpful.
