You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaThere was enough hair on the 4ft x 4ft bathroom floor to make a wig...not embellishing that..I was able to take a wad of toilet paper and I wiped the floor to get rid of the last 2 months guests hair...I mean how hard is it to use a swiffer dry jet or wet jet ...one swipe on that floor takes 2 seconds to take it off...I dont believe that floor was cleaned probably in days ..maybe weeks...even months ..that was the only thing that really turned us right off. other than that was just ok tge pillows are horrendous you really do need new ones ..bed mattresses are getting old its time for new ones and the analog mono tvs just have to gooooo...I know what your thinking what do you expect for 75 bucks a night I get it...I would have preferred to stay as we usually do at a Tru by Hilton for 40 bucks more but a friend of ours booked it so that's why we were there...never again though not a chance ....if I am low down on my luck and I happen to not have any money in the future I would consider staying their again...ps pancake machine was amazing ..Great little breaky in tge morning ...for the price to stay so cheap ..with breakfast and you have to pay a bad cleaner how do you make any money ? ...also the room cleaner only needs the basics to keep it clean looking..hair everywhere just unacceptable ..can't ever go back...I do understand under the current conditions after covid it's hard to find good people I tottally get it...good luck Wyndham I personally would not have bought into days inn and put my name out there Days Inn by Wyndham ....WTH..bad move.
