The lobby coffee was very good, but only served in limited hours. The in-room coffee was not very good.

Comfortable room and the cleaning staff respected our Do Not Disturb sign. I asked that the pillows be replaced as the last guest may have never showered. The linens were clean, but the pillows smelled. It was done while we were away.

Bottom floor/elevators had a funky smoke odor but we stayed on the 3rd floor and the smell was not up there.

Beds were very comfortable, AC worked great, and the room Had a nice balcony door for fresh air.

The furniture was total junk. The cabinet holding the refrigerator didn't have a solid bottom so the frig came out of the slot and you had to fight to open and get back in. The small couch table has broken legs , the draw on the desk only opened after a four round decision fight and the another to get it back in. Just looking at the sliding glass door made it slid and slam into the frame. The carpet gets the bottom of your feet dirtier than walking across a dirt road.

The room looked nice with updated. The bed was comfortable and enjoy my sleep.

It’s just an older hotel. Power outlets were limited and paint peeling but that comes with the territory.

Breakfast was listed as free upon booking. The only "Breakfast" is coffee. That's it, which is misleading. They are attached to an IHOP, but you must go in and purchase as normal. Staff was underwhelming and not attentive from check in to check out. Probably will not stay again just for the lack of hospitality. Also, when I checked in and received my keys, it was to an OCCUPIED ROOM!! I opened the door to a couple in their room. When I returned downstairs and informed the front desk, after given a new room, I received a half a** apology. A guest should feel confident that they would not be intruded upon our be the intruder in someone else's assigned room!!

Was charged $10 for dye on a pillow case that will likely be completely cleaned with bleach and placed back into rotation. The wifi was TERRIBLE. This is NOT a good place if you're needing to get any work done without your own mobile hot spot.

Really enjoyed the balconies as I like to sit outside and people watch. The staff was really helpful and friendly (sans the male manager), and it's located super close to restaurants, a mall, and the business district.

I had to go down to the front desk three separate times to get replacement keys and still was unable to get into the room. Maintenance was finally called and said the battery on the door needed to be replaced. So they let us in and said they'd fix it in the morning, which was fine since we were leaving anyway and didn't need to go anywhere in the mean time. Maybe I should have pressed the issue, but no offer of any compensation for the inconvenience was presented. So my kids, all 5 and under, after midnight, all had to wait in the hallway with my husband for over 30 minutes while I went back and forth trying to get the key situation resolved for a room that is quite nearly as far as you can possibly get away from the front desk and we still paid full price for the dang room... The staff were all kind enough, but I can't say I'm too keen on staying there again for fear of the same issue happening.

Clean and comfortable enough to rest for the night. Breakfast was better than average with pancakes, eggs, bacon and sausage in addition to muffins, bagels, and oatmeal options. Kind staff.

No indoor pool. Fitness room nautilus equipment was down. There was No sanitizer to wipe down equipment. The sliding glass door was not very secure.
