Hot tub wasn’t working, ice machine was broken

However, the toilet in our room did not work at all. My husband had to empty out the trash can in the bathroom and fill it full of water just so we could manually flush the toilet. Also, the light over the workspace was not working either. When I checked out this morning and let the front desk know about the toilet, she just asked for the room number and kind of shrugged it off. I mean a little apology for the inconvenience and maybe a discount on my stay would have been nice

The room overall was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked perfectly and there were clean fresh towels and wash clothes. Little one cup coffee station was a nice touch. The fact that this location allows pets is definitely a plus!

Accessible room without handrails, lever door handles, or accessible shower. Toilet fill was very sluggish. Basin was very cracked. Fawcet spout low and too far back from basin.

The pillows were to small and there was no stuffing in the pillow. There was one that felt like a pillow. There were 6 throw pillows on the bed.

The toilet was very unstable. The A/C was very loud. The breakfast was not great. (We skipped and got breakfast elsewhere.) No USB ports in the rooms.

Price was too expensive. A lot was going on in Granbury so hotel was twice the price. 😠

Street noise but not their fault as there was road construction at night right in front of the hotel.

Location was great. Dated but relatively clean. Dead bugs in the light fixtures in the room and it smelled of dog when we first got there. Went to the office for room spray/ deodorizer and problem solved.

Big wind & rain. Door had air leaks on 3 sides. Manager said they were working on upgrading the property.

Location was a bit too close to busy roads.The first night it sounded like street racing was taking place and it was very loud.

It looks a bit old and can do with an upgrade. Breakfast didn't offer that much choice but was okay. We've been there for 9 days so we could do with more variation. They changed the lock on the door during our stay without any notice. Felt strange returning 'home' and seeing you're locked out.

Breakfast was okay, but didn’t have that much choice. Very friendly staff at reception and the lady cleaning our room. Bed was awesome, very comfortable! Great location, only a few minutes from downtown Granbury on the 377.

The housekeeping is very understaffed. She was lovely and did a great job considering she was the only one working. However we had to get extra towels and toilet paper from the desk. The breakfast is sub par but Sonic is across the street. Coffee and juice was available.

The bed was super comfy, room was clean, heat/ac worked well. Walking distance to several restaurants. Lights all worked. The receptionist was great, going out of her way to find the shuttle to the Square. Lobby clean and comfortable while we waited.

my room smelled like smoke strong for a non smoking room. the door was hard to open from the outside and you could see the sunlight through the door because the door didn’t shut all the way
