I didn't get what I paid for, the sauna, pools, tiki bar, fitness center, food court/service, or game room wasn't available during my stay and the main reason I booked this apartment because of the amenities, and none were available, Noone never made me aware of this. After speaking to the hotel, they said those things haven't been used in about 2 months, so basically, I paid for something I didn't get. It was my birthday and everything I thought I was do was unavailable! I let booking.com Know I wasn't happy, and they offered an apology, instead of a partial credit or extra stay.

The room (809) was very satisfying. The Room was very clean and smelled good. Everything you need is accessible, in this apartment, from pens and notepads, updated games, chairs for the balcony, and cleaning spray, extra towels, coffee& coffee maker. It's a good experience for a couple or small family!

Almost everything! I have already sent pics of all the problems in the building including rodents coming in the cracks and holes in the walls. Th laundry room had mold and bugs and critters in out of wall. Disgusting! I’ve sent the pics to booking.com already of course no response. I wanted my money back. This place is a joke!

Our room was clean how are the rest was a nightmare. From the loud noise all morning through the day to make us have to leave our room it was unbearable we were locked our several times. None of the facilities were up and running which I knew about some of it but I did not realize we had no amenities I would never recommend this place again. Our room was so small not a one bedroom as advertised. The deck was a joke very small not ocean from like advertised. The elevators were extremely slow caused a lot of problems. Parking was a nightmare many bikes and cars towed. No parking for everyone. For the money I spent it was very unfair to us for a 1500 mile trip for ten days it’s one I will never do that way again. We never could sleep in. :( I have messages offering a compensation then it taking back so unprofessional the hotel shouldn’t be opened until it can accommodate correctly had I had the funds I would have left and gone to a way better hotel were all our friends were at down the road. Very very disappointed!

Everything!

The room was clean otherwise then that a horrible experience the hotel was dirty there were critters in the cracks in the hallway. The laundry room has one old machine in a moldy dirt facility. Nothing was working and we listened to unbearable noise early morning drilling so loud ( I have videos and pictures to back up all my complaints) we had to leave hotel to get away from the noise. I filed complaint to the host to get ignored and sent to booking, We were locked out of our room four times. Parking was a nightmare so many people towed. My view and room was not what it was made out to be small view was Not ocean front not a one bedroom apartment. No oven. Elevators were extremely slow so many complaints from other people ln the hotel.. I was very upset the entire trip as the noise alone was enough to drive anyone crazy! Had I been able to afford it I would have gone to another better hotel. I requested a refund and was sent to booking.com after being asked if I would take a two day compensation to not give a bad review. Extremely unprofessional! We arrived early two days checked in early and tried to get in and settled and wish now I had just left. What a nightmare of a place! They need to get there facility up and running 100% before making it deceiving before one arrives. I would never go back to this pace! The host is jobless responding in a timely manner. I might add we drove 1500 miles for bike week from Maine to be disappointed! Sincerely unhappy guest!

I really love the accommodations that you had there the beds were so so sweet that I really would like to know what's the name of the mattress that you have on those beds second of all the room was totally designed perfectly everything was in place you was lacking for nothing the only thing I wish that I had to stayed a little longer but I'm looking forward to coming back again and I would recommend this to anybody with five stars plus because if you really want a great experience this is a good place to go to the price was right the atmosphere was great and I love the way they have it totally decorated

Things we DIDN’T like about property: At first, for SIX days for TWO people we only had: TWO towels(1 towel each) ONE roll of toilet paper NO paper tower or dishcloths in kitchenette TWO cheap flimsy garbage bags for SIX days (Someone did bring TWO ADDITIONAL TOWELS, pack of 4 small rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towel) We did run out of the small rolls of toilet paper in last night and morning of stay and had to use the Kleenex tissues in bathroom. The lock on the condo had to have keypad batteries replaced on the second day we were there. Door would not lock for us when we went down to the beach. Contacted the number given to us and they were able to change them in the afternoon. Every time we would leave and come back to condo we had to call to them them do it remotely. We do use the kitchenette on vacation for breakfast and lunch each day so we always look for place with one. We usually wash all the dishes we know we will use so we know it is clean for us during our stay. This condo does have one and has good supply of items to use. The PROBLEM is that everything was filthy and had to be really cleaned to feel comfortable using. The cooking utensils and container holding them on counter had a thick layer of dust. I’m not sure when last guests stayed there but they surely didn’t use them and they were definitely looked over by the cleaning crew. The had towel from the bathroom we used to clean dishes with was disgusting. We did use the dishes and utensils during our stay because we knew we cleaned them. The condo did have comfortable beds. We looked at our beds and realized they were not made with all the linens. Each bed did have comforter and pillows but one had a fitted sheet and the other had a loose sheet and nothing else. They did not have complete fitted, loose and comforter linens on the beds. They seemed clean but seeing they weren’t complete sets I’m wondering now. I sure hope they were new.

The resort itself could have been better. Being that the hurricane hit in November and it is now February, I saw nothing that showed work was being done or improvements being made. Everything that the resort had to offer was closed… indoor/outdoor pools, decks, restaurants, etc, and for the price of the stay, I expected a little more. I also was aware that this was a Timeshare/AirBnB facility. The staff at the front desk would/could not answer any questions. Their response to everything was “Call the owner”. I’m not even sure what the purpose is for them being there. Parking was absolutely horrible. The garage was closed and no lines in the adjacent lot so people parked their cars wherever they could fit or took up more than one space making parking even more frustrating.

The room was great, very clean, very comfortable, all essentials were provided. However, we were only provided with 2 bath towels for a 4 night stay. We did message the owner and they did provide us with more. But leaving more than 2 would have eliminated the need and inconvenience of asking for more. The location was perfect as well. Walking distant to shopping, restaurants and beach. Short drive to the boardwalk and the Daytona speedway.

Dear Sir/Madam! 1.The rate for Ocean Front Luxury Studio is excellent. 1a. Some things can be improved: there are too many pillows on the beds (10 on each??!!); 1b. we did not find the plastic bag for the dempster can in the kitchen (not a big deal, we used the bags from grocery store). 2. Parking is poor : me and my wife are disabled persons, but there were only four parking slots for disabled. They were full all the time. We were able to park there only two times from eight nights. We parked behind the fence, far from the entrance to the building. 3. Pool. The rate " poor" is too good for this subject, because it was closed. 4. Sauna. The rate " poor" is too good for this subject, because it was closed. 5. Bar. The rate " poor" is too good for this subject, because it was closed. 6. Gym.The rate " poor" is too good for this subject, because it was closed. 7. All entrances from the building to the beach were closed. I remember that last year entrances were open, a lot of chairs were on the terrace, two open pools, terrace bar and more. Couldn't get in room. Hard time checking in. No towels for after shower Couldn't get any so no shower.. Tv didn't want to work. Had to go buy batteries myself. Couldn't use outside pool bc hurricane. Which i get. But all inside pools gym restaurant and other activities we closed. Didn't disclose until after we got there an paid. Booked room for $80 got charged $225 plus and $250 deposit. Was told deposit was just holding wouldn't go thru. STILL GOT CHARGED FOR IT. NO REFUND. Got locked inside room Couldn't get out. Called hotel line for booking bc no ph in room to call front desk. They refused to transfer call every time I called. Kept telling me they couldn't help me. No one to help me. Tried to explain locked in room on that call Kept telling me use code key. No code in room. Explained i can see the part of lock that wouldn't unlock. Hung up called booking.com and the lady helped me. Explained locked in room but kind of treated me like it was a joke until i said. IM CALLING 911. DONT CARE WHAT DAMAGE IS DONE. BEEN LOCKED IN A ROOM TRYING TO GET OUT OVER AN HOUR. Was on 8th floor or i would have jumped down. Every time i talked to hotel staff this is what i got with a smile on there face. Sorry we dont do anything for the condos anymore. We have a feud going on with them. We just take the money and check u in. Ur on ur own. Complete nightmare. So much more to say but u get the point. Oh yes had the room for just over 12 hours.

We only had two washcloths for two people for a 4 day stay. The advertisement stated there would be a washer in the unit and there is not one. Also, I was never given the door code prior to arrival, so I had to call and get it while waiting outside of the room with my luggage. I was under the impression that the front desk would have a key card., as per my emails.

I loved the location right on the beach. The room was spotless and the owner left absolutely nothing to be desired, she thought of everything! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

That we paid for a pool, beach access, “luxury” accommodations and had non of it. The room looked like the photos, it was just very tight for 2 people and 1 piece of luggage each. The “balcony” was too thin to fit a chair to sit on and overlooked the roof below. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The tv didn’t work, discovered (when no one would get back to me) that the remote was out of batteries. 2 bath towels for 2 people for 4 day stay. When I requested more, they said they’d delivery the next day-they were never delivered and couldn’t get a reply as to why. No indoor pool open and not only no functioning outdoor pool, it was still trashed from the storms and there’s no hotel access whatsoever to the beach. There was no open bar on the facility. The conference center appeared to be completely shut down. upon check in, I was told I would need to pay a $250 cleaning deposit in order to be able to check in, despite paying in full for the room months ahead. They assured me it was a cleaning deposit only. It shouldn’t have surprised me that they put that charge through on the day of check in, proving it had nothing to do with the condition we left the room in, which was perfect. In the end I asked for a fair compensation for all of the false advertising. They offered me $70, which was a complete insult. Everything about this stay was crooked & a complete disappointment.

We chose this spot for all of its amenities and the fact that it was advertised as Ocean front. The only amenity open while we’re there was a small workout facility which we didn’t use. The kitchenette in the room was as advertised and helpful to have.
