Bathroom needed remodeling. I extra paid for cleaning. And received messages to get rid of myself trash from the room. At least if I was staying good ocean view, everything would be good. But I did not.

The larger condo/motel that the unit is in is on the older side. Bathroom a little small when compared to the space in the rest of the condo.

Room was clean and organized when we arrived. Amenities for vacation use we're included which was very nice.

While clean and fresh, the bed leaves a bit to be desired. I slept on the futon a few nights instead.

Perfect location, close to everything! the unit was super cute and very clean. Our hostess thought of everything including beach chairs, umbrella, and even a bottle of wine and glasses. Having the Oasis Tiki Lounge in the building, right on the beach, was a real treat!

The bed and pullout were not super comfortable, but I like a lot of cushion and softness. The gym machines were on, but no one knew how to work them so I couldn't work out when I wanted to.

Loved the location and the pool and hot tub area. The room was tidy and quaint. The balcony was awesome, we got a small view of the ocean. The price was good and all of our needs met in the room.

The walls and bathroom in the condo could use a little TLC. The bathtub appears old and slightly black in areas. The walls of the condo were thin and could hear everything, but not too bad. I would say more of a city view and a partial ocean view.

The location of the condo was great! Lots of things within walking distance. The bar in the condo was fun and bar tenders were friendly. The condo was nicely decorated and comfortable. The bottle of wine and glasses was a nice welcoming perk! Although we did not use the kitchenette, there were the basics if needed. Reception was nice and lobby was clean.

The property was clean and the tiki bar served food and drinks. I noticed a lot of people were pretty intoxicated. There were some teens that left the pool area a mess when left unsupervised. The walls are pretty thin, but I'm a sound sleeper, so I wasn't really bothered.

The room was centrally located and was right on the beach. The view did allow a small view of the beach and the city could also be seen. The condo was close to dining and shops and walking to those locations was easy. There was beach parking at the complex and the front desk staff was helpful.

The constant smell of weed on the balcony (couldn't sit out there because of it) and around the pool area went unchecked by the resort staff.

The condo was very clean and the bottle of wine was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and the location of the unit was perfect being tucked away in the corner.

Humidifier cannot be turned off, bucket fills up completely after a few hours and turns itself off and leaves the room sticky. the Humidifier is also very loud. Shower had poor water pressure. Also no cleaning sprays available in the room. Floor is dirty and turns your socks dark after walking on the floor.

Cant beat the location, super easy to get onto the beach. The bed was pretty comfy. Kitchen was well-equipped. Strong AC. Very roomy.

The condos bathroom were very small. No place to put your body wash, wash cloth or shampoo in the shower. Bed was too small. It is a full size, not queen and my husband is 6'3, 285lb we needed more space in bed.

Few feet to the beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our service didn't include breakfast but we did have the option to pay for breakfast. We received a coupon for half of one meal when you purchased a meal at the condo bar.

No jacuzzi or breakfast like advertised. Both washers were down. Exercise room looked like a store room. My son asked for a Tiki Bar pass. They said they didnt have any. No stopper in sink, thus I lost an earring.

Cleanliness, Tiki Bar, Hostess left a bottle of wine, Netflix, use of cooler, and chairs.

Room was farthest from the ocean, but you are able to see it a bit between buildings, wish that had been more clear in listing.

The decor and setup was perfect for my family. Despite there not being a full size kitchen, all the necessities were provided, fridge, microwave, and hot plate.

It was not clean. The tube looked to have mold in it. The bed was hard as a rock. Didn't get any sleep. Holes in the walls with a rag stuck in it. The smell was over powering. Asked the owner for a refund for the next 2 nights we had booked, beings we wouldn't be staying. She refused to refund us.

There was blond hair everywhere.In the towels, in the bed, on the furniture. the tub felt like i was going to fall through to the 4th floor and join the people below us. there was a wash cloth shoved into a hole in the wall and paper towel shoved into the peep hole of the door. It had a fire stick that never worked. the tiki bar was full of very drunk locals who had to be cut off and they couldn't make a simple drink because they had barely any different alcohols. the sheets on the bed honestly didn't even feel clean. We bought a set of sheets to put over the bed while we were there. The hardest bed i think I've ever slept on.

Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain about

Everything was perfect. Rachel goes above and beyond to make sure this place is perfect for when you arrive. Plenty of towels. Plenty of space for everyone. Ocean view. She was very responsive when a light went out. Her husband was there within hours to fix the issue. Highly highly recommend this couple and we will for sure be returning to this condo in the future.

We loved the location! Within walking distance to Crabby's Oceanside restaurant, Joe's Crab Shack on the pier and many shops. We liked that all of the rooms had a decent view of the ocean. Unit #526 was close to the elevator and front entrance. We will definitely be back!

I have no complaints at all about the condo unit! It was a little disappointing that the beach access was under construction (we knew this, though, at the time of booking), but the public beach access was right around the corner so that worked for us.

The front desk staff and condo host/owner were very friendly and helpful. The unit was exceptionally clean and very spacious (three adults had plenty of room to move around). The bed was comfortable; the futon was a nice size. We loved having a balcony view of both the ocean and the city. The kitchenette had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful; we would definitely like to stay here again!
