Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

No coffee facility in the room which meant heading to reception for coffee - went in the evening and the coffee was cold and there was a long wait to get more brewed. The miscommunication about the breakfast was disappointing as we had 1 poor breakfast and 1 good breakfast.
Room was clean with all the facilities advertised. Good outside space available around the pool area. Convenient parking outside the room. Good breakfast although we were told initially it was only 1 item which seemed poor, actually it was only 1 of each item which made it a very good offering. Breakfast area alongside the lobby was spacious and clean.

Our room was unfortunately beside a noisy ice machine, which everyone raided at 6am.
Breakfast was a bit minimal. But OK. Coffee undrinkable though. Room was spacious. Beds excellent.

there were some insects but it was fine. Make sure you do close the bathroom door when taking shower otherwise the fire alarm might go off.
Room was big, it was ok There are a few restaurants nearby but the night when we were there they all ran out of food and it was not even the peak season. SO we had to head to the Denny's (which I do not recconmend)

The property was nice. No complaints.
We drive through Beatty often and this is the first time we stayed overnight. The place was in a nice location, very clean, and had very helpful staff who provided recommendations for around the area.

The bottom of the door to our room needed to be repaired, as it had about an inch gap that was wide open . Who knows what critter's could crawl through there?.
Liked the location to Death Valley national park. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Healthier breakfast options.
It is a good place to stay outside Death Valley., (though Furnace Creek is still an hour away). The rooms were clean modern and quiet. Very good value for money. Beatty has a few restaurants and bars, though they are limited in what they serve.

Great location. Beatty is a beautiful town. Close to death valley. The view from the hotel was great. Comfortable rooms and beds. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

Facility is dated and walls are thin. We could hear neighbors when they were conversing in normal volume and made sure we spoke in lower tones. The town itself lacks amenities. We went to a town an hour away to grocery shop. We ate at the local Denny's, but had to walk through a smokey casino area to get to it. Not enough local eateries that were open and not attached to a casino.
Clean, friendly staff, and close to Death Valley. The town's free range burros wee adorable.
