they had problems at the desk, and I had to go back every day and pay every day and get my cards reactivated. Sometimes I had to wait a long time.

The bright lights outside the rooms make it hard to sleep since there’s no curtains. Looked daylight after the sun went down. Burt that’s my only complaint!

Location was amazing! Room was perfect for me and my husband and son. They enjoyed the pool and hot tub our first night. The staff was very helpful and accommodating!

There is no elevator and we were on the second floor. It was a little inconvenient to have to haul our luggage/bags up the stairs.

Perfect location within walking distance of Disneyland. The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

The parking is not the greatest it’s a bit tight! The only thing that bothered me was I had the maids In while we were out to grab some garbage and when we returned back to our room the door had been left open. Thank goodness nothing was missing!

The room was spacious, Beds were nice and comfortable. Disneyland is just across the street within walking distance! Denny’s is right next door and other dining also within walking distance. The people were nice and friendly. My family enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

The mirror with the bright LED surrounding mirror was too bright…painful for eyes and hard to see.. Put toilet paper strands over all the bright LED so I could try to get ready without having pain from the LED’s. (we did this by spraying the edges of the mirror with a water spray bottle to attach toilet paper) I don’t recall seeing that there was a microwave on the Internet site when I booked so we would’ve brought more things if we had known there was one. Had to unplug the refrigerator every night because it was making such a loud noise clanking ever second.

We were given an overlooked still dirty room. My kids went upstairs ahead of to use the restroom and it looked like someone was just there.

Close to the park and they had valet parking because there was none.

Being charged to park. Also being told the valet (yes the counter clerk kept calling their guy the valet) would take care of the car. The extent of that service is him writing out your tag. Not my definition of valet. If you’re going to charge to park AND call your guy a valet, then do it right…or don’t charge a parking fee.

Parking is terrible here. That is the biggest downfall of the property. We were lucky enough to get an actual parking space. Otherwise you will be blocking other vehicles and will need to leave your keys with valet. The bathroom is TINY!! You can barely walk in and shut the door. It feels claustrophobic at times. Although I could not here my neighboring rooms, everyone that walked by felt loud, even if they weren’t. You can here families outside the room as they pass by. That wasn’t a huge deal breaker for me because it wasn’t constant.

Hotel is directly across from Disneyland, the main reason I booked hotel. The room was clean and quiet. I did not hear any of my neighboring rooms. Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. Room was nice. Fridge kept everything very cold.
