Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SlovakiaThe mobile home where we stayed was older, looked a bit worn down. Needs deeper cleaning. Otherwise no other complaints.
Thermal pool with 24/7 access, so great possibility to star gaze while floating. Private pools. Overall atmosphere was great, definitely an experience. Location is great - right between Las Vegas and Death Valley NP.

United States of AmericaThe cabin we lived in was spacious, but furniture was old style, kitchen was very basic, so was the bathroom, no cold water, water came from hot springs. Their private bath and public pool were wonderful, worth to stay longer, no cell signal and WiFi almost not working, hardly can download anything.

United States of AmericaThe accommodation where we slept were old and a little bit dirty. For example, the windows didn't close properly. The shower was outside of the accommodation.
We love the hot Springs although the water is too hot in the private pools. The ones outside are awesome. It was a luxury to be in the pools in the middle of nowhere.

United States of AmericaThe RV needed a fire pit for campfire lounging. Maybe more lighting outside the RV.
We had a pet so we had to upgrade to an RV they had in the back of the property. It was beautiful We are at the BBQ place. Amazing food! The lady gave my pup pork trimmings while we were there. I thought it was the sweetest thing.

United States of AmericaThe one thing that was frustrating was our water pressure in the rental rig. At one point, we had to contact the office to have someone come over to get water to our room. (it literally was dry) Also, the room was not as clean as my wife would have liked. (I thought it was OK) It was no big deal, we just cleaned it. There was no wifi, tv or radio available. (although TV, and radio were in the rig) That turned into a blessing, being away from the world for a few days!
Loved the hot tubs and pool. Location of our "trailer" was excellent! We enjoyed the peacefulness of the property and was very well run. Everyone (staff members and customers of the resort) were very nice. The air conditioning was excellent. The bed was comfortable. A lot of storage in the rig. The response of the staff to our issues was fantastic. They were prompt and efficient. Would definitely stay here again!

NetherlandsThe on-site restaurant was closed which wasn't clear from the description on booking.com. Luckily we had enough food with us.
Good place to stay for exploring Death Valley National Park. The hot springs were delightful, especially after 2 days of camping in the desert. Make sure you bring enough food and water since the restaurant is closed on some days and there aren't any grocery shops nearby. The caravan was alright, but its age was very noticeable. Staff was very friendly.

United States of America- front desk forgot to give us the code to access the gated pools - back door deadbolt lock didn’t work (however the lock on the doorknob did) - only 4 private pools, and they’re all high demand - nit: private pools are really really hot

United States of AmericaThe building we were in needs some maintenance care. At the end of our stay, we realized the kitchen window could have been opened from the outside since there was no latch. Some hooks for towels and also some hangers would have been appreciated.
The pool and the hot mineral water. The location is wonderful. The beds were comfortable.

FinlandOnly "problem" was that you have to pay your visit beforehand and there is no refund if plans change. Restaurant at the area was closed, but they send a "automessage" a couple of days before our arrival that told it would be open
I was a little suspicious beforehand for this place in the middle of nowhere but positively surprised when we arrived. We stayed in the 3 bedroom house which is the only one with private showers. Bathing under the stars was a great experience and everything went smoothly. Bring everything you might need with you.

United KingdomThe restaurant on site is not open all week so check in advance (or bring your own food!). An onsite shop might be an idea. The utensils were a bit lacking, its all odds and ends which you can just about make-do with, but few bbq bits and some basic new kitchenware would make life so much easier. You need coal for the bbq, dont forget to bring it!
Its the quirky respite you need from the punishing desert heat. Exceptional value for money. Its no frills/dated accomodation but the apartments have all the space you need plus full cooking facilities. Staff were really helpful. The pools are pretty magic, you wont stay anywhere like this again. My wife had her apprehensions on rolling up, it fits the stereotype of creepy isolated campsite, but the reality is absolutely the opposite. Aircon+fan were adequate to keep us comfortable while sleeping.

United States of AmericaNo internet in the room, no cell phone signal (it's the area not the resort issue). A little far away from shopping, so make sure to bring food and drinks. The restaurant onsite was closed on the day we were there. The closer restaurant is about 5 miles away. But all is part of the desert experience, just have to be prepared.
The hot springs pools were great, very relaxing, clean, private. There is also a large outdoor pool for swimming, with some adjoining small pools (like hot tubs) - all with hot mineral springs. The room was basic but still had all we needed, bathroom (without shower - you have to use the showers at the private pools), kitchenette, and all was very clean. Coffee maker in the room. The area is quiet and remote. A true desert experience. Beautiful night sky. Good place to stay when visiting the Death Valley National Park.

United States of AmericaI guess I had hope for a little better wifi, but it also made us spend more time together. The showers could have been closer and better, but it was like camping so I didn’t expect much.
It was very secluded, but that was so nice to get out of the hustle and bustle. Since there were a couple restaurants available I didn’t have to worry about going hungry. It was a nice resort adventure. It was peaceful and quiet despite the crowds at the pool.

United KingdomThe pressure in the shower wasn’t great, and the trailer seemed to be at a angle to the front hitch, which could be caused by recent rain but needs to be rectified. The crockery didn’t match and was not well stocked for 2. Could be a little cleaner.
The staff were very friendly and informative, and very responsive. The HotSprings were excellent, along with the view from the trailer.
