We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWe woke up at 1:00 am because someone on the second floor was constantly moving around. The wooden floor is thin and his/her foot steps were loud. We didn't rest well. The air condition in our room is noisy too.
The room was generally clear. The location is convenient. The staff were friendly.

United States of AmericaCheckin was a hassle, requested a late check out two employee's walked in while unclothed. I did not tell them to come in but still there opened the door once without the chain and one with. They knew we were in there and several staff memebers knew about the late checkout request which was granted until 12. I am looking into legal council for this matter.

United States of America1. There was no breakfast, only coffee in the office. 2. Floors were not clean: I spilled a little bit of water on the floor, and wiped it up with toilet paper and it was really dirty. 3. No Kleenex in the room 4. The pillows were like barrels! I don't know how anybody can sleep on them! 5. Lastly, This is no reflection on Red Roof, but whomever was upstairs, walked with very heavy feet...back and forth constantly. The ceiling creaked with every step. Two storms came through during the night and they continuously walked around. I wish I had asked for a different room when I 1st noticed it, but I figured they would go to bed soon and it wouldn't be a big deal....but I was wrong.

United States of AmericaThe location is near the highway and Ms. Lorina was very sweet but that’s about it. The smell in the lobby was horrible. My room was changed without my permission before arriving. Upon arriving, a worker there tried to make me pay the difference but Ms. Lorina informed him it wasn’t my fault and no difference was charged. I did receive emailed receipts of the increased total but she stated she would fix it. My roll of tissue was so mildewed BAD. I didn’t get a pic due to running to the lobby so quick to get exchanged because I had to use the bathroom so bad when I arrived. The AC looked mildewed and my son has asthma, the room was humid and smelled as if there was water damage to the property at some point, there were old brown stains on the beds , an ant literally crawled from the bed as soon as we got there and honestly I didn’t feel comfortable there. I mentioned to Ms. Lorina who informed me there we no more rooms. Ultimately, we left for the night.
The property has a good location if you’re trying to be near the Event Center.

Sheets had stains. One comforter had blood. Had to ask for new sheets for both rooms and had to clean both rooms. Very poor housekeeping. Shame how it wasn’t clean. When I told the service worker. Her reason was short staff. A manager should not open those rooms unless it is properly cleaned.

Cat-friendly. Got a good, cheap dinner at Denny’s. Pleasant room.

United States of AmericaI stopped to get some rest, only there a short time. Left early in the morning. Get an email from booking.com saying I owe for a blanket I supposedly took. Watch your cameras I bring my own blanket that is blue and white. I usually stay at high class hotels, guess I should have that night also. Will never stay here again. Why in the world would I take a blanket from a hotel? Completely disgusted. Maybe they should watch the camera and ask the gentleman sitting on his car asking to buy a tire if I had your blanket.
