We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe bathtub paint was chipped. There was hair in some furniture. The breakfast was half empty when I got there at 6:20. When I left to do something for work and came back at 10:30 AM to shower the housekeeper cleaned out my room and threw out my bag of pantry food. I complained to the front desk staff they said go ahead and shower that wasn’t possible with the A/C turned off too. I’m pregnant if I took a shower and came out to a 90 degree room I’d pass out. So, I checked out and went home with only my cold food and drinks that was in the fridge and sweaty from work.
It was walking distance from my job. I usually have a long commute so it was nice to just walk to work.

United States of AmericaWe stayed for 8 nights. That wasn't breakfast. Granola bars, packaged muffins and coffee is not what I had in mind when it says, breakfast included. The parking is terrible. There were work trucks park long ways in the spots taking up 2 or 3 spots. I get off work after 8 pm so finding a parking was hard.
The staff was nice and helpful. I was able to bring my cat for an extra $25 a night fee. The hotel lobby had that clean smell.

United States of AmericaThe property is old and not kept very well, holes in elevator walls, smells funny and room wasn’t the cleanest. Barely any toiletries (just face soap and a small bottle of shampoo) no body soap, toothpaste, dish soap in kitchen. Safety concerns with people able to pick up key passes out of a box on the front desk.

United States of AmericaThe cleaning is horrible, when you first walked in you could smell the mildew. The cleaning was not done properly. It smelled musty, the windows were left open and the A/C on. The stove fan was also left on. The breakfast were just coffee, muffins, oatmeal and a granola bar. Or something from the vending machine. The staff looked uncomfortable to be there. The elevators had holes in them. To get into the property because it closes at 11pm for check in there’s a phone outside you have to use to get it. There should be an area to park for check in.

United States of AmericaThe Second floor of the right side of the building had a wet, moldy smell to it. The room original room that I was provided smelled like mold. The website stated that the hotel provided breakfast, but they only provided granola bars and oatmeal. The beverages were hot chocolate, and decaffeinated coffee.
Kayla, The young lady working at the front desk was amazing. She was very accommodating to my concerns. I asked for another room due to the room I had having a moldy smell. She changed my room immediately. The second room that I was provided did not have carpet and it was very clean and it smelled very well. It was on the first floor.

It should never be hot as hell in the hallway and the elevator, the elevator smells of weeds, etc. I've came here to save money but I couldn't come back. I've stayed here 7 nights.
