Valet it’s too expensive, guys at reception are not the nicest but also not terrible service. We asked to get out room cleaned and housekeeping came to the room around 4pm when we were taking a nap which of course didn’t worked out so we didn’t get the room cleaned.

It’s located near the 16th street mall and makes it easy to walk around! Bed is comfy and the rooms have black out curtains that really makes it perfect for sleeping til late or take a nap during the day. Rest assured.

Ventilation in bathroom was not working very well Water in the shower was not hot enough, the handle only went to a certain point. Valet & parking service is quite pricy, there are more affordable options nearby.

The first employees working the front desk I felt were a little rude, I work in customer service and it just wasn't up to par for me. Also I don't like that the hotel charges for overnight parking, everything is so expensive already

More transparency about parking costs, availability, restrictions (ie cars with roof racks can't be valet parked). Better directions to access hotel by car from Welton Street.

Location was walking distance from attractions & restaurants. Breakfast was good for hotel breakfast. Having a living room space & bedroom was great for a family. Staff was friendly & helpful.

Price for parking was overprice. For that reason we have to find third party to park and risky because we were here for vacation no to be looking where will be safe our car. And also the Jacuzzi was out of service !

We were very unhappy that the pool and hot tub and fitness center was closed with no warning. We traveled from Minnesota and specifically booked a hotel with a hot tub and were extremely disappointed when we arrived and saw the sign at the front desk that it was closed. It would have been nice to have that advertised or known to us before we booked. We were also unimpressed with the front desk staff. When we first arrived we stood there staring at them having a conversation for 10+ seconds waiting for someone to acknowledged us. Once they did I told them my name and they couldn’t find my booking until someone else came out and asked if it could be spelled wrong, which it was. They found our booking then told us it wasn’t ready yet (which was fine because we were early). When we came back a little over an hour later we asked about our room and the lady also could not find our booking again and she was very unprofessional. at one point she said in an exhausting voice “gaw, I just got here and I already want to leave”. I felt like an inconvenience because they couldn’t find my booking and each time I went to the front desk it was not very welcoming.

LOVED the breakfast and the breakfast staff were very helpful and kind. We were able to check into our room early and enjoyed the complimentary coffee/water by the front desk. The location was also very nice as we mostly walked everywhere.

AC / heater and cooler been very noisy in the room. Also the clima in the room was pretty dry, if the AC / heating been running. I am not sure, if it the AC alone or the dry air in Denver.

Pool open, refrigerator already cool at least. Food/drinks were a little expensive and had to be purchased in the lobby. No vending machines.

Loved the location. Parking within a block that’s cheaper than the motel rate. Room was nice sized, bed and couch were comfortable, everything was clean, I felt secure walking near the motel even at night. Breakfast was really good and minimal noise disturbances.

The beds are a little on the hard side. If you have back issues, note that the beds can be uncomfortable because they are so hard. Also, because I am tall, I wish the toilets were a little taller.

I stay here often for work. I love the location, the fact that it is clean and comfortable, and the hot breakfast is wonderful. It is like a home away from home.

For us, the beds were a little too firm. We had some problems with our keycards, Still, we'd opt to stay here again if we are in the area.

The room was clean and had a very nice kitchenette, perfect for a quick meal. The breakfast was quite nice with many food options. The location was perfect for an event we were attending. The staff was quite friendly. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
