Parking was not included in the price (30$ per night). Our apartment wasn't as new and clean as suggested on the photos, but okay. Floor was not cleaned properly, and the upstairs toilet needed fixing.

Well located in walking distance to SoCo and downtown, yet quiet. Washing machine and dryer were useful.

The building was on a busy street that was hard to drive into and out of. The property had very uncomfortable beds and the smoke detectors were making noise all night.

They failed to identify themselves in their initial check-in text, so I ignored it as do with random spam text messages. So we got off on the wrong foot, then they wanted a lot of personal info texted to them to check in. I mean they already had my money. The place was clean but not spotless, we asked them to come back and vacuum again which they did.

This is kind of an air bnb - no desk, no staff on site. A converted 2/1.5 appartment, well stocked with household items for a comfortable stay. Quiet and private and a super value considering the downtown Austin location. All in all a nice stay and we'd use them again. Full size washer & dryer - nice (with soap pods provided)

- Strong stench of bleach on entry. Hung around the property for about 12 hours - Lots of the furnishings and finishings are quite tired. Needs some TLC. - Not suitable for groups of friends, given the shared en-suite bathroom between two bedrooms. - Poor quality bedding. Pillows were solid. Ultra budget.

The floors were very dirty, our feet were brown before bed after walking around the house. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly, and the house got very hot. Would be better if there was some kind of smart tv instead of us having to play stuff through google chrome. The shower was a little blocked up and water built up very easily. Toilet seat in the bathroom just pops off very easily and we have to keep clicking it back in.

Location, amenities were good. Nice apartment, very handy to wash our clothes and have things to cook. Nice courtyard area and very close to everything.

It’s a decent condo, but a little sparse. Feels like a quick flip. Corporate owners are off site and contract local service, which is an issue when you have plumbing problems like we did. Main bath sink stopper got stuck and half bath sink leaked badly. The “solution” was simply to remove the stopper altogether instead of fixing it and put “towels” (three paper towels!) down under the leaking sink and tell us we could still use it.

Super close to downtown, walking distance to Lady Bird Lake! Great food options nearby, including an awesome food truck park.

only one bedstead was covered with fabric and that fabric was dirty. there was nothing else.

easy check in and check out. quiet neighborhood. there was coffee machine and also coffee :). the location was perfect. free parking area. There was no disposable shampoo they are environmentally sensitive.

Some things were quite dated, like the frying pan with scratches, the kettle without auto-shutoff,. This is not a new place, but still useable and conveneint. The balcony at the 2nd floor is locked.

We liked the location, which was close to downtown and yet with quite a bit of privacy in a privte entrance townhouse located in a quiet neighboorhood with dedicated parking. All necessities were there, kitchen items, laundry, etc. Very clean,

A little tatty in parts; like ripped bed linen and perhaps not the newest towels. There were two of us staying for ten days and we were only given 2 x toilet rolls. No TV / streaming / cable to watch, only via your phone hook up.

Clean, spacious, bright house with good wifi, and other facilities, in a good location for downtown. credit to cleaning team - it was immaculate.

We were not able to adjust the thermostat. Even after messaging for help, nothing worked. Only TV was in the living room, none in the bedrooms. The light in the dining area did not turn off, and with one person sleeping downstairs, we had to unscrew the light bulbs each night.

Great location! Quite area but you can walk to restaurants and bars was easy. Very roomy. Lots of space. Very comfortable. Lots of amenities. The bedding was nice and warm on the cold nights. Very homey! We had a wonderful time!

The only thing that was so disappointing was the shower!! It needs replacing, it did the job but wasn't great.

The location was great! We walked into Austin in about 20 minutes!! It was super clean and the kitchen had literally everything even little olive oils!!! Beds were comfy, spacious and enough room for clothes.

Our unit, B, is very close to the street and the traffic noise was loud and intrusive. The apartment smelled when we walked in, worse on the ground floor. The bedrooms upstairs aren't too bad. The cold water tap in the bathroom upstairs leaks. One of the dining room chairs is broken. It seems to need some careful attention from maintenance, especially the bathroom.

The floors were very dirty. We both noticed our feet were completely black after only an hour at the property. also, we had to clean the kitchen counters. There were three windows that were opened all the way when we got there and the air conditioner was set low. Thank goodness. you might want to check the dryer vent we’re not sure if it is connected.
