There is no opening of windows possible so after some days air can get a bit condensed.

The value for money: it is a really affordable hotel and that lets you spend money on park tickets and transport. The room was comfortable and met my expectations. Hotel is close to Disney parks (20 min by car) which is a good advantage.

I didn't particularly like the outdated shower stall. Also, there should be better cleaning of the pool. Furniture cabinets need a better cleaning as well.

It was close proximity to a Seven eleven and Mcdonalds. Short drive to other attractions as well. Hotel provides towels for the pool area. Regards

This is some constructive criticism. I'm not sure if the AC was out in the lobby and hallways, but it was very hot in both the hallways, lobby, and especially that elevator. When I walked in, I was punched in the face by this smell that wasn't pleasant. It either died down, or I got used to the smell over the duration of my stay. Exterminators did eliminate your bug problem, but with how persistent housekeeping was to get into my room to clean it, there shouldn't be any candy left in the corners of the floor behind the beds. While I understand these might be bug traps, one had a giant letter M on it, and I don't think bug trap manufacturers label their bug poison like M&Ms to fool the bugs into eating it. A warning to travelers from out of state: Traffic is going to be an absolute nightmare.

The place was cleaner than I expected and the staff were friendly. I read online that there were roaches here and packed accordingly. When I was there, I saw 0 bugs anywhere in my room. I did find candy on the floor open behind the bed. So, to see no bugs with candy exposed means they cleared the problem. Housekeeping came to clean my room on time, and we're very persistent in getting in to clean the room. Which I believe is what helped reduce their roach problem.

The room and the bathroom were a lot smaller than I thought they were going to be and there weren’t many outlets.

Location was great to the Disney Parks(about a 20 minute drive). the A/C worked great and the staff was friendly.

Room service came once during our 5 night stay but they came early before we were awake and then never came back. No one ever took out our trash or gave us new towels. Anytime we needed anything like toilet paper or towels we would ask at the front desk.

We had to extend our stay in Kissimmee and this Hotel was not available anymore :(, we wanted to stay here again.

We were very surprised with this Hotel, in a good way. We traveled for 3 weeks and stayed at different Hotels, and this was the one where we had our best sleep. Beds were nice. Room was super clean. TV had plenty of channel options. Shower had good pressure. They offered coffee in the morning. A McDonalds and a 7Eleven are right there, you can walk there if needed. Front desk person was very nice. And they dont charge a security deposit in advance.

The traffic! Leaving the hotel at 2am traffic was great! Even coming back to the hotel after the race at 10am traffic was great. But if I had been out and about and heading back to the hotel around 6/7pm traffic was absolutely insane!! And by the fact I have to be up so early the next day it was super important for me to be getting into bed early. Other than the traffic this hotel really was grand and I loved it and if I was going to Disney for a non race trip where I could get back to the hotel later and avoid that traffic I would definitely stay there again, just not for race weekends

The hotel was a relatively close drive to Disney World property. I was running the RunDisney races so needed to be on property around 3am so having an easy drive each day was a must!

The owner/manager was very bad communicating with his staff especially in front of customers it looked bad. Why hire foreigners who can barely understand just to treat them like crap. So yea I didn't like how the manager treated his staff.
