They were doing some repairs at the parking lot and we were not informed about that, it made it difficult to park one of the days (and to figure out how to enter the place since we arrived at night), just a minor inconvenience. Just a heads up would be enough.

The staff of the place was super friendly since the very moment we arrived, the hotel is clean, the breakfast is good and the rooms are too. Internet works well

The room was outdated and had lots of visible renovations. But the staff's service and comfy beds definitely made up for that.

My husband, 10 yr old son and myself stayed from Apr 5-17, 2024 to go to Disney World and Universal Studios. We arrived around midnight on Apr 5th and was greeted by a friendly staff member. We stayed in room 125 with 2 comfortable queen sized beds, a fridge, microwave and lots of counter space. Breakfast was pretty good. Lots to choose from. Our room was always cleaned with fresh towels every day. We used the pool almost every afternoon. The hotel was very quiet, we slept really well every night. It's walking distance to lots of restaurants, gift shops and a grocery store. We would 100% stay here again.

Small room for breakfast, tends to be crowded and if you happen to wake up late one day you're not going to have almost anything left.

Location is really good if you're going to Disney Parks, 15 minutes by car. Also you have lots of supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies nearby, which you can go walking.

What I didn’t like about this property is that the TV never worked even though we complained from the day one. The floors were filthy. Every time I went into the shower. It looked like I was taking a mud bath because the dirt for my feet were so bad, we had to join rooms with friends and we couldn’t get the door to open between the rooms. When we arrived in our rooms, there was only one hand towel and two bath towels, no face cloth asked for some and never did receive them. Only came into the room to clean every other day. When they did come in, they did not bring extra toilet paper even though the toilet paper was very low that day had to ask for it. It took two days for us to get towels and we had to ask for face cloths.

Overall, the property was clean. There is no bedbugs or cockroaches. There’s other bugs, but that was because we kept our outside doors open so we could talk to our friends even though we had room where the doors open. Staff were super friendly.

In a room booked for 4 people, there was only 1 washcloth, 2 hand towels, and 1 bath towel. I asked for and was given more towels but was told they had no more washcloths. Surely someone could run to Walmart and buy some washcloths, which is what we were forced to do. Breakfast on Thursday, there was no coffee, milk or juice.

Shuttle service to Disney would be nice. We were still very close. Great value for our Disney trip.
