Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I would have liked to see a bit more variety on the breakfast buffet. The hotel room was a little dark - not enough lighting in the room overall. They offered free water bottles at check-in to just Hilton Honors guests. It would have been nice to offer water bottle for each room.
Consider I was so close to airport, the room was quiet. Also the bed was very comfortable. This property has a bus shuttle to and from the airport. Shuttle drivers were very nice. Breakfast was included and had a variety of options for breakfast.

The bathroom. It was old and outdated and not enough space. Zero luxury.
Awesome bed and pillows. Abundant choices for breakfast. FREE Shuttle to train station and airport. Shuttle Driver was excellent, helpful and friendly. Recommended to others traveling home and they also loved it. We were all weary from a long flight so perfect spot.

The room is quiet and spacious. The complimentary breakfast is well balanced with hot cooked oats, waffles making machine, scrambled eggs etc. Ample secured parking right in front of the hotel. Shuttle buses run 24/7 to and from Newark Airport from P4 air tram. From P4, you can take a train directly to NY Penn station.

Would have been helpful to have been given instructions on how to get hotel shuttle when we arrived in Newark. We had to keep asking people where we should go for hotel shuttles because there was not good signage at the airport.
Nice breakfast and shuttle driver on return dropped us off directly at Terminal A after learning that all passengers we’re going there.

The shuttle for the airport was full so we had to order a taxi. The front desk told us that we can write an email to the hotel to be reimbursed. Let s see if it will happen.

I was there a month ago for one night, that's why we came back. This time it wasn't as good as a month ago. We got a much smaller room, while I made the exact same invitation as last time via Booking. This time the room was smaller with no kitchen, sofa and extra storage room. Also there was an old AC in our room that you can't shut down and it sounded like a tractor Half of the USB outlets didn't work The breakfast is basic at best we used the shuttle services to get to the hotel. we noticed last time that the rate of our hotel shuttles coming by, was noticeably lower than the others. last time we've waited for more than 20 minutes while all the other shuttles made second and 3rd rounds. This time we've waited at least 45 minutes for the shuttle. If it was possible to order Uber from the same place, we wouldn't have waited this long Given all that, I don't believe we'll be back any time soon
The hotel is clean, close to the airport. The bed is comfortable and the shower is brand new.

Small, crowded public area on the first floor with not enough seating at breakfast time and long lines. Also, few healthy options.
Large, immaculately clean room with built-in toiletries to minimize waste. Breakfast included. Nice shuttle drivers and very convenient for the airport.

They offer rooms with 3rd party companies and shows there is parking available to find out you have to pretty a parking package. The front desk person was cold and rude and wouldn't give us options except to say you can park at the airport. Keep in mind they open up by saying thanks for being a loyal member for so many years and then treat you like a stranger
