You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWe called ahead to ask if there was a restaurant nearby and were told there was not. If the staff had mentioned the food available in the lobby, we would not have eaten in the airport (thinking there wasn't anything available at the hotel when we arrived in the evening), and the food in the airport was not very good. The only other issue we had was the shower was difficult to get to stay on at first. By the second shower, though, things worked better.
Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Convenient availability of foods in the lobby, and breakfast was good. Shuttle service was good.

Location was good and the free airport shuttle was great. Tea and coffee facilities set up in the reception area to use at anytime and their selection of ready made food and snacks was good for those needing a quick bite.

CanadaUnfortunately, since we left so early for the airport, breakfast wasn't available and all the to-go breakfast bags were already taken. Front desk staff let my pregnant wife take a sandwich from the fridge which was super appreciated.
Overall comfortable stay, with quick food options in the lobby. Highlight, though, was our shuttle driver to the airport--most joyful/ entertaining man you could ask for to drive you to the airport at 6 am.
