Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff promised grab and go breakfast bags in the morning but had none available.
The room was spacious and clean. They had nice lotion and other toiletries in the room and the beds are very comfortable! The location was right next to the airport and the shuttle was easy to book for the following morning.

The door to my room was jammed and it had to be pulled really hard and multiple times to open. I also found a bug on a pillow
I liked the shuttle service, the comfort and spaciousness of the room. the kindness of the staff is not lost on me, I also of course appreciated the proximity to the airport. A bonus was that the TV had Netflix

Price. Needs a expanded food selection. No in room microwave. Lobby Coffee was not hot.

No pool and no food places or convience stores close by. Pillows to us were way to soft and non supportive.
Appearance inside and out. Nice finishes... shuttle drivers and front staff were polite and professional..

Breakfast was served in paper plates with plastic cutlery.
Very conveniently located next to the airport. The hotel shuttle made access to Newark airport very simple. The breakfast was good.

We called ahead to ask if there was a restaurant nearby and were told there was not. If the staff had mentioned the food available in the lobby, we would not have eaten in the airport (thinking there wasn't anything available at the hotel when we arrived in the evening), and the food in the airport was not very good. The only other issue we had was the shower was difficult to get to stay on at first. By the second shower, though, things worked better.
Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Convenient availability of foods in the lobby, and breakfast was good. Shuttle service was good.

The grab and go breakfast was only a bagel with jam and cream cheese, felt if was a little lacking.
Location was good and the free airport shuttle was great. Tea and coffee facilities set up in the reception area to use at anytime and their selection of ready made food and snacks was good for those needing a quick bite.

The breakfast area was a strange kitchen corner with fewer meal options, and staff were not very friendly
The rooms are superb we loved it! I love the hot chocolate too.

Unfortunately, since we left so early for the airport, breakfast wasn't available and all the to-go breakfast bags were already taken. Front desk staff let my pregnant wife take a sandwich from the fridge which was super appreciated.
Overall comfortable stay, with quick food options in the lobby. Highlight, though, was our shuttle driver to the airport--most joyful/ entertaining man you could ask for to drive you to the airport at 6 am.

You can't walk to the hotel from the airport, the breakfast was very basic.
Close to the airport, clean, big rooms, plenty of USB ports around. The shower looks totally new and very wide.

The staff was not the most welcoming. There is nothing to do outside the room. No restaurants nearby, no.place to catch some sun..

I was told at the reception that the hotel was fully booked. There were places available on the booking website. To get a room I had to make a reservation at booking, only later at the reception I got a room.

The only downside was there is no near(ie in walking distance) food places.
