The staff looked always if they don't like their job and in the room I missed mirrors and something to put your wet towels on after the shower.

Convenience & Location with spacious perfection. The check in/out process was seemless. Be prepared to put a cc on file for incidentals (although they didn't charge anything on it). My family and I rented the partial view one bedroom apt. Every detail feels like a mom or a woman thought about families. I wasn't expecting the apt to be fully stocked with laundry and dish detergent pods, the kitchen was also well equipped for cooking. The bathroom was large and accessible from both the common living space and bedroom. There were beach towels along with regular towels provided. Full integration for all your favorite streaming apps and free wifi. Just an incredible amount of space. The table on the balcony looking at the ocean makes for an unforgettable breakfast with the family moment. There's a pool on floors 1 & 5 and the beach access included 1 umbrella and 2 beach chairs. If you want addl it's $20 cash. Btw, Hanging from the umbrella is a QR code linking to a partnered eatery that brings drinks, snacks and full meals to you without you ever having to leave the beach. I had a lime margarita & chocolate brownie with ice cream. The bathrooms near the pool smelled so clean I almost asked the bathroom attendant what she used so I can use it at home. Directly across the street is a souvenir shop and a lovely breakfast eatery with outdoor seating. You have to have breakfast at the Pink 10 donuts (omg, I don't even know what Dunkin or Krispy Kreme donuts are actually feeding us after that place)! Although our flight arrived pretty late, many nearby eateries were open on a Thursday night street 12a. For families with kids. This is the perfect location to eb and flow between beach and pool. I can't wait to return. Dharma made repeat customers out of us. We'll be back. Thank you to the Dharma team for being so thoughtful. It's truly the small details that count.

Be sure that It's the best house in South Beach. Very high quality, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. As a very experienced interior architect, i really love the style of Dharma Home Suites. I will staying every time I come to Miami and I definitely recommend it.

My second stay in this hotel. Very friendly staff that always try to help with your questions or issues. The spacious apartment with beautiful panoramic views is very well designed and equipped with everything you could possibly need, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience. Furthermore, the hotel's location provides easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. The Publix store is about 10 minutes away.

The shower pressure wasn’t great at all.

We loved the location and how close it was to the beach ! We loved the size of the apartment, especially the balcony, it was all so tastefully decorated. The beds were super comfortable!! We really appreciated the amenities that were included- valet parking, beach access, two beds and umbrella!

The breathtaking ocean views from our private terrace had us in awe. Nestled among serene, lush palm trees, the oceanfront apartment offered the perfect vantage point for watching both the sunrise and sunset. The luxurious touches inside the apartment matched the natural beauty outside. Waking up to the soothing sound of the waves and starting our days with a coffee overlooking the endless blue was a pure bliss. Definitely coming back soon..

I booked this property to celebrate my husband 40th birthday in Miami. I messaged the staff to set up the room with balloons and champagne, they did so without hesitation. We got the ocean view suite, the view was breathtaking. Check in was swift, staff were very friendly, they kindly accepted to hold my Amazon package for a fee. What I loved most was the pools, they were warm and the closeness to the ocean. Will definitely stay here again.
