Dishes and kitchen surfaces were not clean upon check in. Kitchen lacked some basic items/utensils and some of the furniture was dated and worn.

Great location and incredible views. Large unit that was quiet and near lots of dining and walking options. Bed was comfortable. TVs in living room and bedrooms were newer with cable and streaming options.

The elevator was dirty and never did get cleaned during our stay. Directions for getting to the building and obtaining the unit key were easy enough to follow, but the key and unit had been switched and we didn’t know until we arrived and found somebody who told us to call the manager through booking.com. While talking with the reservations agent the on-site manager found us and squared everything up and showed us to our unit but if she hasn’t shown up at the right time I don’t know what we would have done to find and get into our unit.

No breakfast but coffee was left in the room. The unit was comfortable enough. The view from the front door and balcony was lovely!

We were assigned a new room and not advised so at 4:30 am we entered the room we thought we had only to find it occupied by someone else!

Old and unmaintained. Floor filthy bedroom with 2 queens may have mold issues. Stinks and water collects from ac on floor. No tp no trash bags no paper towels for all the money spent renting

The first night we stayed my daughter got bit and had bites all over her legs and abdomen. We removed the sheet and it covered a bare mattress (no mattress pads 😣) and found evidence of little bug critters on the mattress. The host arranged to have someone come and change the sheets right away but my daughter did not want to sleep in that bed again.

I loved the location, and the small green patch of lawn in front of the hotel overlooking the water. The shower was a nice size, and very well stocked kitchen. Also great to have a kitchenette to keep costs down while traveling.

The suite is well used. The area around the door handles was very dirty. The neighbours appear to be habitual pot users and the smell really permeated our suite.

Value. The bed was comfortable. The living area is spacious and having the patio is great. All amenities for a small space are there. About a 15 minute walk to Waikiki beach. Great views of the ocean and sunsets.

The parking is weird. Very limited on site and the park gets very busy during the day and can be tricky to find parking. There is no on site staff.

The location was great. Close to everything, but far enough from the crouds. The courtyard area was very nice and peaceful.

There was no soap in the bathroom. The parking was very tight.

The veranda and view were amazing. The check in process was easy. The facilities were old school - charming and adequate. The location was very convenient. Being able to enter the ocean right in front of the building was incredibly convenient.

Bedroom lighting in main bedroom had only one bedside lamp. Ventilation not great in bedrooms and needed air-conditioners but very noisy.

View from the verandah and easy access to the water at the bottom of the stairs where we swam and snorkelled. Lovely lawn area overlooking sunsets with comfortable garden furniture. Great location near Diamond Head. We walked into Waikiki everyday but you could easily get the bus if you wish. Large living area for a family of 6. Beds very comfortable.

no closet or wardrobe to hang clothes, the futon was old and it’s springs were too uncomfortable to sit on. had trouble with the tv and the services rep told me it was too late at 8:30 pm for him to help us. the front desk is vacant after 4:00 pm each day and all weekend.

great location away from the noise and madness of Waikiki. the ocean and Diamond Head views were lovely.

I called twice and texted once to explain about some problems and nobody ever got back to me. No light at the front door - very hard to use the keypad at night. Not enough outlets unless you unplug the microwave, coffeemaker, and hairdryer! We needed to charge our phones and iPads and it was annoying. And one outlet didn’t even work. Nothing was an emergency - which was good because I couldn’t reach anyone!!!

Location is great - quiet, beach access, beautiful views.

The property could do with a deep clean, broken blinds replaced, windows and glass doors don’t slide easily.

Loved the quiet location, the ocean view was stunning. Very large unit giving us lots of space. excellent.

- kitchen was not fully equipped or had old equipment (no table spoons, just one old rusty single stove which was not able to bring water to boil, uneven pots, old microwave) - no ac in bed room, and when opening the window it was really noisy - dark room

- great location, not far from the main Waikiki Beach/Center - easy check in - nice terrace / patio for sunset - free beach gear - free access to Netflix and Co

Location would not have been an issue if the marathon was not happening and creating traffic issues. No one from Reservations or Staff mentioned it ahead of time, which seems to be a major oversight
