I wish I had had more time to chill out at the Inn and to enjoy Dickson Street. I plan to return soon and do just that!

Perfect location for our purpose. Enjoyed a theatre night at the Walton Arts Center, walked the square and had wonderful food everywhere we went. Original plan was to ride our bikes, see a show, sleep over and ride back, but the rain changed our minds for us. We will plan to do it again. The Inn was charming and look forward to staying again.

Location is perfect for the Walton Arts Center. Easy check in and out. Rooms are exceptionally clean. No keys. The Inn and the rooms are secured by key codes. Parking on site is very convenient and free. The parlor I wonderful for visits after the show for discussion. No breakfast is served but the kitchen is stocked with yogurt, juice, and water, etc. and coffee is ready at 7:00.

There is noise from the bar that is connected to the property, that goes till late. I requested a room with a balcony, which I got, but unfortunatley it was right over the bar, so it was loud. You can hear other bars as well- it's a college town, and to be expected, but it definitely disrupts sleep. But I would not let it keep me from staying here again. We were in room 5. Both 4 and 5 are right above the bar. Can't speak to the other rooms, and noise level. Parking is tight. There is an overflow lot that we had to park in, right behind the building. Not a big deal, except one time all the spaces were full in both places.

There isn't breakfast. They have muffins and bagels in a refrigerator, fruit on the table and self serve coffee. It wasn't the food that was great, it's the location. It's quaint and right in the middle of Dickson- a hot spot street, super walkable, with lots of restaurants and bars. You can walk to campus, as well. It's a hike, but not bad if it's not hot or raining.

Awful cold draft coming in under the door.

We loved the common areas... the room was spectacular with the sitting area and mini kitchenette. Breakfast options were good and coffee was made when we got to the kitchen.

The location was amazing for our work Christmas party at Bordinos. The host was easily reachable and made sure any needs or questions were met. The room was neat and the bed was comfortable. This is our second stay and we have been pleased both times.

There wasn't anything we didn't like honestly. Maybe small batch of coffee grounds, filter, and like a individual container of milk or 1/2 and 1/2 for guest to have coffee and a small snack basket. We've had these at several boutique places we've stayed.

We love boutique type places to stay and this was adorable. Great location, we walked to dinner, and entertainment. Fun night in Fayetteville on our little mini getaway.

The person above us kept me up half the night with their pacing, door opening/closing, and especially flipping the light switches on and off. The coffee maker was dirty with coffee grounds so I couldn't make tea and the coffee cups are too small.

Location was great. It was nice to have parking in such a busy area. Food was within walking distance. The Inn itself is very beautiful. The room is nice and comfortable.

The property was in a great location. Close to the University and right by all the restaurants and bars and shops on Dickson Street. The manager was very accommodating with last minute changes to schedule. He had fresh coffee made in the morning and helped with finding a good local breakfast spot.

Overall great stay. If I had to give honest feedback, it got cold. Even though I set the temperature remote well into the 70s, I couldn’t feel it. I could hear street noise as well - for me that’s not an issue and it’s probably beyond your control. I would imagine that it probably wouldn’t appeal to families with kids though- for me it was fine though.

Location and amenities. Comfy bed, working TV with cable, and walking distance to bars and restaurants as well as the Walton Arts Center.
