We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaBreakfast was a little tricky for us because we eat lowfat. Wrapped apples were the only fruit we saw. Some of the other guests were going on and on about the pancake machine, but that's not the hotel's fault!
The room was comfortable and quiet--the arch somehow created more of a welcoming feel, the blue color scheme was soothing, and the bed was great. The highlight was being able to sit out in rocking chairs to watch the river as the sun went down. A blue heron made a lovely view even more interesting.

United States of AmericaBeing that we were there for nighttime events we really needed to have had a true blackout curtain. It was two small panels at the end of the rod that was not very helpful with the sheer curtain.
The outside was very well kempt and felt safe. We had a lovely breakfast. Plenty to choose from as far as food and drinks. Friendly staff making sure you have all you need. Very clean room and bathroom.

United States of AmericaI work night shift, and cleaning staff were very unnecessarily noisy. I even went out into the hallway to ask them to quit banging doors open and close. There were 3 of them standing there looking at me. Not sure if there was a language barrier, because the noise kept going for another hour.
Breakfast was great, and rooms were clean.
