Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The guy training or overseeing the employees was yelling and being very rude to them and to us. We got in late and had been traveling with two littles and he was so rude and angry!
The price was decent and had a pool.

Our rooms were on the 2nd floor which was only accessible by several sets of stairs. We had a wonderfold which is a baby wagon because of twins. It was difficult to get everything up the stairs. No elevator. We did ask the front desk about haing first floor rooms for our next stay which is Janaury5-7
There was no breakfast. We like the atrium area with pool, basketball court and volleyball court, Place where we could sit and eat. Price wasright

There was an issue with a young staff member, and I made the property manager aware and received a call at 8:15 in the morning requesting to speak to me prior to our check out. The manager was very kind and understanding and willing to do what was necessary to correct the problem and offer to comp our room on our next stay. The manager went above and beyond to fix the issue. Even paying for our breakfast before we left!! Great service and the manager showed concern and understanding!
We always enjoy staying here, for the most part it is a good value, quiet, staff is kind and helpful for the most part. If you have a problem I encourage you to contact them and in my experience they will do what they can to make it right!

So out of our group I would say our room was the lesser of them. The mattress was VERY hard. Everyone else in our group said their rooms were clean and their beds were comfy.
The open area by the pool was fun and unique.. There is a basketball hoop, game area, pool table, and volleyball court. Restaurant had good food with good size portions.

We arrived to an empty desk to check-in and had to wait at least 10-15 minutes for service.
We really liked the Western theme. We liked the references to the TV show: Gunsmoke.

I booked 2 days in advance. On check-in day, the room wasn't ready.
The senior manager was accountable for the staff. It was quiet for the most part.

Room was inside with stairs going up to room with no ramp or anything to haul luggage up . There wasnt many people there so we could have gotten a better located room east to get to. Not real friendly staff

Mold in the bathroom. Microwave did not rotate. Shower handle could not be operated properly. Pool area fencing was in disrepair.

Morris promised that the new owners were going to clean some things up and fix some broken things. I hope so. It's a great place in a great location, but it needs some updating.
The best thing about the entire stay was Morris Smith - the man who worked the desk (and everything else). He was so kind and professional, and very helpful.

The humidity from the pool and it was also humid in our room. The room was old, could really use some renovation. I slept well, but hubby did not.

Old, floors uneven, stain in tub, room was facing the inside where pool was so it was humid, and small pillows. Light switch didn't work so we fumble in dark until we found a lamp. It dark even with three lights on.
