We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe towels were much too small and the fabric was almost see-through. The maids didn't wipe off the countertop or sink. There were no drawers for clothing. There was not enough lighting. The bedding was not large enough; queen sized comforter on a king sized bed.

We loved the tiki, the drinks were great, the pool was very clean at all times, and our bed was so comfortable! Housekeeping was on point, left is plenty of towels, shampoo & conditioner as requested. Also liked the fact that the hotel provides pool towels...Live entertainment a big plus!!! 💯
