The adjoining apartments were very well set up for travellers or families staying for more than one or 2 nights, i.e. washing machines with laundry soap, well-stocked kitchens and bathrooms, very spacious and comfortable, easy access locking system for front and apartment doors. Wonderful stay, would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of visiting New Orleans.

There was no dishwasher nor appropriate dish rack when washing dishes. The washer/dryer inclusion is great but the washer seems to have a mind of its own.

The studio room is compact with almost everything you need. The virtual check in process works efficiently.

The parking. We had a full size SUV and it was a bit small and mad us freak out a bit while parking. But, they did also offer valet so that was a choice we could have made. Next time we will choose that.

The property was great!!!! Our kids loved the art on the walls and the overall ambiance . Super convenient for what our plans were. Rooftop pool was amazing even though it was closed a part of the time. The views up there were also beautiful!

Only problem was whenever you tried to make something in the oven it would start smoking (yes we used the vent) and the fire alarm would go off.

Nice and comfy, spacious apartment. Great location, the street is feels safe and close to most tourist attractions. Street parking is easy though it is paid.

I did not like the garage very dangerous to get inside. You could easily damage your car. The price was to the extreme. They had no towels no wash rags I had to spend extra money for those things and was hoping to get reimbursed because the state offered those things that they didn’t have.

The decoration set up was amazing. The location was close to everything. We didn’t have to travel far to enjoy the stay

Great 2 bedroom apartment. Was clean and a great size. Really like the games room. Pool was a bit murkey and shallow but good to have a rooftop. Good location. c.15 min walk to all the main areas. Canal street, bourbon. Supermarket and cvs opposite. Great value for money.

Beautiful Tub had no plug, so unable to use it Hallways had strong perfume smell, and alot of traffic noise all night so bring earplugs

Hallways and main areas smelled strongly of some kind of cleaner? that made us all nauseated. Smelled like bad cologne and INTENSELY so. The rug in the main bedroom was peeling up from the floor in a way that made us worried about tripping in the night (and we did!) but while we could see that staff had received *and read* our texts about it, we never heard back or were offered help. Staff at front desk were less than eager to help or interact every single time. As someone who works in customer service and trains service professionals, I realize it may be currently impossible to find the right talent for this job. Or maybe this is a reflection of ROAMI's pay scale and management practices? Either way, disappointing. Simple human decency isn't difficult. Also, unit clearly hadn't been dusted in a long time--a nice thick layer of dust on everything--and pool and terrace were clearly in the process of being fixed, which would have been nice to know beforehand. We would definitely try again, though, as we hope to return to NOLA and we LOVE Mammoth Espresso and Bear Cat Cafe, Willa Jean's, Selah, and loved the neighborhood's vibe. And don't

The apartment was excellent. The only problem was the next apartment was very noisy. the bedroom next to it had poor sound control. Management was good at addressing the problem but the renters next door totally failed to abide by quiet rules they agree too.

My family enjoyed our 2 bedroom apartment, the location was amazing. My children loved the rooftop pool, and game room. We appreciate the luggage storage as we arrived hours before check in. The apartment was, however a few things could have been better. The table had crumbs from the previous guest, we had no wash cloths our entire visit. I had to cut a hand towel for wash cloths. There is also a very strong smell of gas by the pool, which never went away our entire stay.

Every plate, silverware, cup/glass we pulled out the cabinet was dirty, the kitchen sink and hallway bathroom faucets were very very loose/moving. There was a dishwasher, so we washed all the silverware, cups/glasses, and big/mid size plates, so it worked out. I did share this info in a text with the property as well. Also, my code was not activated for the early check-in I paid for, so I had to call after a few attempts upon our arrival…it was a bit annoying, but it too worked out.

The location, Apt, and overall facilities were nice. Rouse Grocery was in walking distance, that was AAA+. The terrace off the 2nd Bdrm was wonderful, with a nice skyline view of the City. I definitely would return and recommend visiting NOLA and staying @ ROAMI-Brandywine.😊
