Very comfortable bed, responsive host, cozy decor

I am sensitive to souls that have passed on so the family story made me a bit uncomfortable. Didn’t feel the price went with the property.

Couldn't use a spoon or anything in the kitchen without a paid reservation.

The location is great, as well as the bed size and overall room comfort. Really liked the communication and the instructions given. It was all very helpful.

Location is great! Really close to restaurants and grocery in town. Much quieter and more comfortable than a run of the mill hotel/motel. Safe neighborhood. Easy to check in.

The room was a bit cramped since we had a lot of stuff.

The room was cozy and comfy. It was rural with cows and horses nearby. The owner was attentive. Easy entry. It was very quiet. The bathroom was large and had a great shower.

The property is advertised as a bungalow. It is not. It is an attachment to the house. Also, the bed was comfortable but it was 3 and a half feet high. Step stools were provided but if one is the least bit physically challenged it would be very difficult.

I liked that I could see the cattle right outside our window. Owner was pleasant.

Heard the nieghbors in the other part of the house one evening as the rental is a split house. Otherwise it was quiet and pleasant.

Location was great and host provided information about hikes, places to see and local restaurant menus. The refrigerator and microwave were enough for us to manage most meals in the room given being on a tight budget. .

The front entry vestibule was cold when going to the wasroom.

It was a very nice place to stay. Clean, quiet and away from any noise.

Heating of the home was not consistent. The bedroom was warm, but the rest of the home remained too cool, had to wear slippers, avoided the kitchen area, the floor was too cold.

Bed was comfortable, plenty of blankets, pillows, linens. Kitchen well stocked. Bathroom had an instant heat wall unit.

This apartment was outside the main street and it was very quiet. The internet password I could find in the room. Communication with the owner was good and quickly.

1) We were very disappointed that there was no living room or main room to stay in and relax after days excursions. Or even only a couch. It’s my bad for not noticing it in the description, and that’s why I didn’t rate it lower. I thought for paying this price, we would have a room or at least a couch to sit on and read or watch TV when it’s too hot to be outside doing excursions. I don’t watch TV laying in bed during the day. The layout is two bedrooms two bathrooms and a kitchen in between that has a small table and 4 chairs on wheels. 2) the beds are extremely soft and to us, not comfortable for that reason. Woke up with back pain. Some may like it but it was much too soft for us. The pillows were not the most comfortable either. 3) it advertises a BBQ facility but we never found it. We had bought steaks and stuff to BBQ and were disappointed we couldn’t grill it as planned. Maybe it was there but we didn’t see it....

Loved the location. Nice and quiet. Hummingbirds and cows also nice company! Very enjoyable patio to relax in the afternoons, although the patio furniture is old and not the most comfortable. We were there in very hot weather and the house stayed remarkably cool, which was great. It was pleasant to be outside in the shaded patio and breeze. The place was very clean, and the kitchen area spacious enough.

Kind of hard to find at first but we’ll worth the effort.

This cottage was quaint and totally comfortable. We went with the king bed which included a complete kitchen. The place felt like home. My wife and I actually fell in love with this place. As a bonus, the owner has a couple of bills on the property that where full of personality. Over the last three weeks, we have stayed at lots of hotels and apartments and this was our favorite overnighter:-).

I was off grid part of the day so I didn't find the email instructions for the key at once so I was a little confused when I arrived at the property. Nothing really to complain about though. I called the owner and got the information at once.

The room is very clean and cozy. The location is very convenient for visiting Peek-a-Boo and Spooky slot canyons.
