We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United States of AmericaCleaner facilities and rooms with updates. More training for better customer service and a better bar menu with more options. Add better amenities for the money worth.
Some outlets didn't work for the charger, television out dated, entrance door to hotel room was faded and worn as well as carpet in hallway with a foul odor. Couldn't use the hot tub it had lots of debri, dirt and bugs. The bar restaurant had to correct my salad twice. And the front desk staff lacked skills for check in and check out, too many communication errors. Manager was a little rude.

United States of AmericaWhen we checked in, our room was ready except the housekeeping forgot to leave towels in the room. When I saw them in the hall and asked for towels, I was give 3. When I asked for additional, I was give 2 washcloths. (We were 3 guests)
For our purposes, the location was great. Away from they everyday visitors but close enough. The front desk was very helpful with Joshua Tree information and restaurant recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay.

United Kingdomaway from the public areas the hotel was in a very poor state of repair. wallpaper peeling the corridor walls, wrinkled carpets, stained curtains, broken balcony chairs. Gardens around the pool area looked sad. Travelling from the UK we found this hotel very expensive for the rating and quality of the hotel overall.
