We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaIt was very expensive. We got lunch and drinks at the pool and it not only took entirely too long, but it was too expensive for the sub par barbecue food.
The new spa section where we stayed was so amazing and luxurious. The property was top notch and the facilities were amazing!

The view from the room terrible, could not see garden as told. 5. Golf should’ve been prorated since the course was not completely playable. 6. No access to any golf practice areas 7. Toilet too class to shower. 8. Toilet paper positioned right over trash can. 9. The steaks were terrible 10. AC control had a mind of it’s own came on & off hot & cold, had to keep adjusting it. 11. Tee time cancellation was ridiculous, penalty was full price to cancel 12. The pool area was chained up 2 of the 3 days we stayed, no access. 13. Trump_guest wifi sucked. 14. No access to pool area from Bobby Jones, The locks were on the gates to the pool area. 15. A bit over priced

Lebanon -Put Face Towel holder to the left and right of sinks. -the room 2205 is for more than one person. There’s only one bath towel holder behind the bathroom door. One can easily be installed to the left if the bath door. -it’s so cumbersome to self park and walk to your room. Especially if it’s hot and/or you’re carrying bags. Carts are usually available, and sometimes very promptly. But there was a function on Friday?and we waited at least 10 minutes for a cart. We had lots to carry or we would have walked. More carts need to be made available to assist guests. -quality of toilet paper and shampoo/cond do not at all reflect the standard I expected at the hotel.
Building are only 3 floors. It has the feel of a resort and not a hotel. Quality of the finishes (tiles, faucets, bedroom furnishings and sheets) are lovely. We had a wonderful cleaner (don’t know whom) who on the first three days we were there meticulously cared for details-putting cosmetic on a small rag, making a pocket pouch for glasses etc.
