for 3 days no one was able to fix the AC system. we follow up it up for 3 days. . Good thing t wether was cools inside the room was cool too. Should I get compensated?

Valet parking is a little steep, especially when converted to Canadian.

Outstanding! I travel regularly and was most impressed with this hotel’s style and staff. A European feel. The bar is beautifully appointed, JC & Jake are excellent ambassadors for the hotel. Location is fabulous. The room was very comfortable. Lovely clean bedding. Highly recommended and will rebook for next trip.

Everything was wonderful right from the start at valet parking to check-in, to the room. The facilities were comfortable and quiet. Wonderful location in the downtown city center. Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience.

Didn’t love the restaurant either for breakfast or evening food.

The staff is very nice and they go out of their way to be helpful. The location is close to everything downtown and an easy walk to the Max rail. The beds were comfortable and room was spacious.

Dylan, the front desk attendant was very nice and informative. The sheets were super soft. The lobby was clean and elegant without feeling pretentious. I only wish we could gave stayed there longer!

Sadly, when you getting out of the building, there is homeless people everywhere, yelling, smelling, doing things. We couldn’t enjoy our walk in peace, walking there was really scary experience, but if you’re having a company of 5 let’s say, I think you’re ok(or if you’re driving) plus Those homeless people just using streets as toilet, so you can imagine the smell. By the way, IT IS NOT hotel’s responsibility, so yeah, they are keeping their place safe and clean from it that’s for sure. Two more not good things, is that in our bathroom we noticed someone’s piece of fake eyelashes. Second, on bed headboard and on curtains there were a good amount of dust, but everything else seemed clean.

We loved this place for its beautiful architecture, inside it is very beautiful too. I like that it is tall building, so you can enjoy the view. Staff met us with complementary drinks. Very comfortable bed and bedding, plus the bathtub was nice and relaxing.

Literally can find no fault whatsoever with this place. Every member of the staff we interacted with was very professional and helpful. They all went well above and beyond what I would normally expect. The room was extremely clean, the beds comfy, and water pressure amazing. The location was perfect for experiencing everything in Portland we came for. I can't recommend them highly enough and would definitely return for any future Portland adventures

Took approx 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. There was a line growing of people waiting to check in, but none l no one showed up. TV only worked on 1 channel. Also there was a domestic dispute in the hallway around midnight that woke us up & kept us awake for an hour+

I personally would have liked a smart tv rather than just cable in the room, but that’s not a big deal. The valet price was a little much for us, but there a lots of park houses around a short distance away as well.

The property was well located in the heart of downtown. Our room was nice and clean with a great view. The staff was great and especially Clyde, who works the front desk, was helpful, full of great recommendations and just a great human! Coffee, fruit, a decently stacked gym and vouchers for Alders were nothing to sneeze at either, 10/10 would stay again!
