I didn't know I wouldn't get Hilton Honors Points because I booked through Booking. Com. Also, I was only booked for one night when I booked two nights. I had to prove my reservation with a hard copy I had printed out.

The coffee maker in our bedroom was broken and the air conditioning system could use some instructions, I was able to find a youtube tutorial, but I think that could be something improved on.

The room was way bigger than we expected for what we paid, it was a great, clean place to stay with a wonderful pool and hot tub. The staff was easy to work with and were there for every need. We would come back!

The room itself seemed tired. Cigarette burns on the bathroom wallpaper, scuffed paint and worn carpet. The plumbing backed up twice during a four day stay. The walls were thin and you could hear dogs barking, drunken conversations, and rattling fan belts from your neighbors.

The staff were exceptional. Professional, helpful, friendly, often going above and beyond expectations. The location was also very convenient, and the facility was very clean. The hot tub and pool were also great. The complimentary shuttle was also very convenient.

The room was not very clean, lots of dust and found a cheese stick (warm) on counter above refrigerator. Outdoor pool. A canopy that extended to area where person(s) had obviously used to break into room 221. The window latch was broken. When I reported the issue they repaired window by using a piece of wood to block window from sliding open (not a good repair).

The second day we decided to extend our stay and payed extra to have a room with a balcony so I got a non renewed room the painting not well done the bathroom old the chair in the balcony was broken

At least they accept to give us the second day a room with mountain view cause the first day we had parking view.. and they was really nice and each time we called they were super reactive

This hotel was fabulous! Natalie at the front desk could not have been nicer! The pool and hot tub were amazing as well as the spa. We loved eating at the Westside Cafe attached to the hotel, the food is soooo good! The restaurant within the hotel was great too! Will definitely be back!! Highly recommend!

Hotel didn’t responded my message about the double charge. They supposed to get money from booking but they charged me again after I already paid for Booking. I still didn’t get my refund from this booking yet.

I am rather upset about misinformation on pet fee. Here on booking.com it shows $40, at the time of arrival, I got charged $100 for my dog for one night, and the receptionist was not helpful in sorting this situation out. I have tried reaching out to the hotel to sort this out, no response so far.

Credit card fraud! They charged me for a night stay after cancelling with them through booking.com and their front desk. Unreasonable and will never book there again.
