No free breakfast. The pool looked like people went to have a whole pool party and there was stuff all over the place. People didn’t even have a reservation at the hotel and they were there at the pool side leaving towels and soda cans everywhere. We didn’t even get to go in the pool being that there was just too much going on and people swimming in for free.

The AC didn’t work and we weren’t able to sleep because it was sooo hot!! We were really uncomfortable, I called front desk and they said they would send someone to look at it, never came! Ruined my vacation to be honest, nice hotel in the inside but not what I expected at all! When checking out, a lot of people were complaining about being hot all night and unable to sleep! Not sure if this is a common problem there with their AC!

The air conditioner in the room did not work. The staff said they couldn't do anything for me because I had booked through booking.com The room was over 80 degrees The windows did not open at all, one of daughters ended up feeling sick and throwing up (then they changed us into a room with a/c after 4am)

Bedding was uncomfortable, you could hear up-stairs neighbors walking around at all times. AC stops running intermittently, breakfast times/location was not communicated properly.

The room had a refrigerator without a freezer section- so we couldn’t refreeze our ice packs needed for the next day’s events. Also, there were wet spots on the carpet, the tv had no connection/ cable service, and although we were on the 5th floor, there were partiers in the parking lot below us that we heard into the night.

The air conditioner only emits hot air but not cold air. It was very hot when I entered the room. The temperature was 95 degrees Fahrenheit.

My family loved the cookies. We loved that it was next to a mall and plenty of eateries. The room was clean. Housekeeping comes by request. All we needed was extra towels, and they made good on that. Staff was super friendly even the late night early morning staff. Will definitely stay here again.

front desk gave someone else a key to our room. midnight, someone opened out door while we were in bed. they said front desk gave them our room. front desk thought our room was vacant. no compensation, just apology. very unnerving.

first and for most one of our cars back to windows got broken police report was made hotel was no help at all did tired to get another room for friend didn’t have a desire to help in the situation we were in, second there ATM machine is not working, third they offer us free cookies with the voucher upon asking for it they told us they didn’t have any.

Well first off when the receptionist found out that we booked our hotels through booking she was quick to tell us that usually those hotel rooms aren’t the nicest. Which was very disappointing to hear considering we were going to be there the next two nights. The water from my shower would not drain so my girlfriend had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes before she could shower so the water would finish draining.

The only thing I liked about the property was that they gave us cookies when we arrive

Front desk did not complete the procedure cleaning request. A friendly reminder to them next day suggest to bring out trash by door for clean up - 4 Star hotel expect guest to be trash collector? Wife took pix to show and tell!

I didn't like seeing the big water bug out by the ice machine.

I loved the warm cookies on arrival what a nice treat that was. The rooms were so nice and clean and the beds were so comfortable. I liked having the fridge and microwave in the room.
