A guide to the TV would have been helpful as well as a menu to the restaurant in case you wanted to order to go. Additionally, some info on the surrounding area would be helpful. There was absolutely no info available in the room.

I unfortunately did not have a chance to sample the breakfast. It smelled inviting tho as I walked through the lobby. Location was great. Easy to many dining, entertainment & business locations. Also easy access to highways.

Wasn't able to get wifi on my phone. A toilet in 1 room wasn't cleaned.

Person at front desk very pleasant and helpful. When I called wanting adjoining rooms he was very accommodating in holding those rooms for us.

Bathroom door was dirty. Had fresh toothpaste smear on it. Also shower wall was not clean, but could have been water residue.

Breakfast was very good! Was a bit sad it was closed on Sunday.

Everything exceeded my expectations. No regrets!

First time staying at this hotel and I will definitely be staying here again. Check in was quick and easy, staff was very nice and accomodating, and they even made sure I could get extra towels for the kids after ttheir baths. The room and bathroom were very ccan, the pooool was nice and warm,and the breakfast was AMAZING! Some of the best breakfast I've had at a hotel. The breakfast attendant was SUPER sweet and invitinng and she didn't hesitate to tell us to eat as much as we'd like lol. My family and I lucked up with this hotel from the price to the cleanliness and hospitality. Will be booking another room really soon!

Whatever was across the hall from us caused lots of door slamming and that was annoying. Breakfast was minimal for the cost of the room

The bathroom that sits close to the lobby may need to have some air freshners installed. Someone used the rest room and you can smell that whoever used it pooped and that's not a pleasant smell getting on the elevator.

I have never been disappointed with a holiday Inn express. This location was a bit different for me the lobby area was smaller than normal and only had 1 elevator. I have no complaints about the hotel. I like Holiday Inn express because they have a phenomenal breakfast. They consider those of us that try to eat healthier.

The bathroom could have been cleaner (specifically the toilet rim). But, I’m sure it’s hard to get/keep cleaning staff these days.

The ADA accessibility was excellent and the staff delightful and professional.

The room was a little dark - it could have used another lamp.

Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, and better free breakfast than at most hotels. We also enjoyed the pool and courtyard. The location was convenient and within an easy walk of restaurants and the mall. We also used the electric vehicle charging station which worked well and was free. Overall, very happy with our stay.

The place was updated but detail cleaning was needed. The tub tiles and bathtub had a little mold that could be cleaned off with a detailed clean. It was not a huge issue but minor. Overall it felt clean.

The facility was fairly clean, I liked that it smelled clean but the floors could use some cleaning, especially in the elevators and common areas. The staff was helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the tub handle and they fixed right away.

If the breakfast hours were a tad longer that would’ve been nice, but that’s just reaching for criticism at that point.

There was a pool and workout room and the remote controlled blackout curtains were extremely useful! The overall quality of this hotel was amazing!
