For the price of the rooms, I would have liked to have breakfast included. Also, I wish I could have been able to have my stay credited to my Hilton Honors account, but it wasn't because I used booking.com.

The celebration of life on 4/5/2024 was wonderful, but our room was dated & small. Couldn’t bring luggage cart to room, had to walk stairs to get to room.

Housekeeping knocked on the door at 7 or 8am to wake me up saying that they thought I had checked out. They did the same thing again around 11am. It was aggravating as each time they tried to come in the room. It felt like they were rushing me out of the room when check out is before 12.

The room was nice and clean. The check in staff was excellent! I arrived early to the hotel and asked if I could check in early. They didnt have anything at the moment available but they text me shortly after to let me know when the room was ready.

Rooms felt a little dated need painting walls are a little dirty around the room. Front desk personnel was not very friendly or welcoming..

Property was comfortable, free shuttle was a plus! location is great many places to eat and shop and most are walking distance. Area felt safe. Cleaning personal are very nice and ready to provide you with anything you need.

The room was a long distance from my car, and the luggage carts were old and hard to maneuver, especially since I had to try to get one up a challenging ramp to a heavy door while loaded (while recovering from a broken ankle).

The bed was very, very, 'firm'. I have a firm mattress at home (with a pillow top), but this mattress caused me to wake up with a back ache, and I woke up feeling my bones when I rolled over in my sleep. Bathroom was a little small, and the lighting was terrible. Buy some LED light bulbs / fixtures and brighten up the bathroom at least.

the hotel was well located, and the cookie was (as always) terrific. Room was large, quiet, and clean.

Staff just looked at you as if they didn't see you. Price was ok considering the location. In the room I wore socks because the floor did not look clean. Before our last day the staff was overheard talking about the night out.

I didn't like that we had to pay extra for breakfast, and it was kind of loud at night due to our room being so close to the highway.

The location was perfect. There were very nice restaurants and shopping only walking distance away. We had a nice large room with a king bed that slept so well! The breakfast was delicious, too. I just wish that it was included in the overall hotel daily rate like many hotels do these days.

The gentleman who delivered my room service asked for extra cash because he “was the supervisor on duty doing everyone’s job” and “wasn’t supposed to be doing everything.” He told me not to write in a cash amount on the bill and that the already included gratuity on the bill didn’t go to him. Management was responsive when I told them during check out, and told me that was a violation of protocol and that they would handle it. They even followed up with a phone call from the GM. Aside from that a few other notes: there were dust webs in the corner of the room, the air conditioner was not working well, and the room smelled like muffled smoke.

The pool was great, the room chair and bed were comfortable, and overall the staff was very helpful and responsive. We were originally not given the right room (because of a mix up with Priceline), but when we informed them, we were immediately switched to the King room we booked. Also, the food we ordered was great!

First room 119 had water damage on wall that shared the outside wall that had been covered up but not removed. The potential for mold existed, rippled wall paper and painted over mold. I have extreme sensitivity to mold, may have been fine for someone else. They promptly moved us.

They only issue I had was the tub/shower. The shower curtains were a little dingy and water got everywhere during a shower.

We were given restaurant menus in the room to order room service, but when we did, after a wait on the phone, the kitchen staff replied that they didn't have anyone to run room service. That was one of the reasons we booked at a hotel with a restaurant. Fortunately, after calling the front desk, the agent said she would run the food herself. It was very nice of her and the food was delicious. When we ate at the restaurant, there was no one to seat us, so we waited a long time. The bartender had to serve us. They seemed a bit short-staffed in the restaurant. We also prefer having a microwave in the room so we can re-heat leftovers. Fortunately we found the microwave at the end of the hallway.

Easy, free parking. Very comfortable beds. Most staff were very polite. The food from the restaurant was delicious. We didn't use it, but the pool looked very nice and was quite large.
