Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Had Elevators down which caused long waits at the only one running during the weekend rush. Availability of towels ran low during the weekend. Breakfast should be included. The cost was way too much.
Nice place. Warm delicious Cookies were the best. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Bathroom surprisingly super small. Elevators noticeable slow.

The indoor pool area needs some TLC . The giant plants are just in the way and. Could definitely use a little more room in that area. I have to use a mobility chair to get around and it was definitely a challenge between the area around the plants and pool and the big puddles of water. Pool water very cloudy needed to be be kept better. Me and my children found random objects in pool. From plastic to styrofoam. Toys hair bows . Indoor pool area really not wheelchair accessible . Had to have help with doors and doorway was almost too narrow to get in so of course my chair bumped the casing so if every one wasn't already staring that got their attention which was super embarrassing and, awkward. Pricing for the snacks at the front desk is outrageous. No blankets available and the one that was on my bed was not even a comforter. It was like 6 or more white sheets bundled together. So my kids had to sleep in bed with me. Which is very painful for me cause they kick and tumble all night and I have leg and feet issues from a very bad car wreck a year ago. Then ended up being over charged for my room. Booking. Prices were 100$ more than the prices on the DoubleTree website. Itself.
Looks like some repairs have started to take place. The lobby and dining area look wonderful. Room was nice and clean and seems to have had some work done

Had dirty sheets, spreads, pillows and hair was all over the beds, when we sat our food down, 3 to 4 roaches came from behind tv and desk to meet us to eat with us but you know how that ended...
The area was nice, great parking, customer service was pretty amazing.. With the situations we encountered, they handled it very well...

I did not like the fact that I booked a certain room in advanced but was given another. I do not like the fact that I was NOT TOLD that their would be additional Tax Fees (e.g. Occupancy, Local & Transportation). Access to Shuttle Transportation and extra Tax Fees should have been told during check in. I do not like the fact when I contacted the hotel for clarification regarding these extra fees, the consultant could not explain them.
Room Space Good. Breakfast Good. I felt for the staff who appeared to have worked over the call of duty (e.g. as they catered to a large group of people). They did the best they could with what little staff they had. I commend the staff who worked breakfast-kitchen & banquets etc.

We had house roaches in our room crawling on the ceiling wall and coming out the TV on the 5th floor... This was unacceptable 😤
The customer service was amazing and the beds were comfortable...
