Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaI am on a budget; however, being January I paid extra for the inside pool access. I wasn’t wowed for a Hilton property. I wasn’t impressed with the menu so we left to eat. Clerk didn’t tell us we could drive around to a closer door to our room. We had to wait for staff to return to use the pool. It was very far and hard to find. The pool water was cool. Kids didn’t seem to mind but I didn’t use it as a result. The refrigerator was small. No microwave. I would probably look for another hotel in the future.
Warm cookie at check-in. It was quiet for having another family across the hall. Tall full length mirror.

The room was spacious, and we loved the bathroom. Very clean there. The hotel itself was lovely, quaint but good environment. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs

United States of AmericaI didn’t like that the ladies at the front desk couldn’t help me locate Engine House Rd for my Uber. I think staff should have an idea of the area around the hotel especially when it was right in front.
I love the breakfast buffet and the young man at the front that went above and beyond to try to help me navigate to getting to Martha Vineyard

United States of AmericaWhen we arrived to check in there was not a bell man or hotel worker in sight who helped or offered to bring us a cart or to help us bring in our luggage from the car. The same thing for check out.
Me and my mom stayed there this past weekend while we were in town to attend the Nantucket Christmas Stroll. The location is very convenient to the Steamship Authority. We called an Uber which arrived very quickly and got us there to catch the ferry in 3 minutes! The room was clean and comfortable. The beds are super comfortable and we both had two wonderful night sleeps. The front desk gives you warm chocolate chip cookies with walnuts at night which are so delicious! I would say overall we had a very comfortable stay as far as the location of the hotel, the price, and the staff.

United States of AmericaThe property needed a bit of updating, there was carpet throughout (that should be removed). The walls were pretty thin and we could hear our neighbors conversations quite clearly.
The location was excellent, within walking distance to Downtown Hyannis and conveniently located in the Mid-Cape. It was served as a perfect base explore other towns on the Cape. The free, secure parking was nice. The room was clean with plenty of counterspace. There was a fridge which was nice. The staff were also very kind and accommodating. Although it was too cold to use the pool, it looked very nice.

United States of AmericaOnly negative was the location it was away from a lot of the things children would want to do while in cape cod on route 28, but it wasn't that bad of a location.
The staff was super helpful and accommodating the breakfast every morning was good its worth it especially when your in cape cod and ordering food at a restaurant can leave you with a huge bill.

This hotel is amazing and the staff are super friendly and helpful! Our first night we were woken up by what I presume was a fan vibrating the wall, reception moved us room straight away which solved the issue, breakfast was amazing and Holly was really friendly, the swimming pool was nice to take my son too, and for check out my husband was feeling sick and they offered us check out at 12 which is greatly appreciated! The rooms are extremely clean! Both rooms we were in were such a high standard of cleanliness and the huge bathtub was a nice addition! There is parking here aswell for hotel guests which is nice to have, pull out couch was comfy aswell, cookies in check in were yummy! Maintenance are quick aswell, we needed him to turn of the accessible alarm that was pushed accidentally. I would absolutely come back here again!

United States of AmericaThe rooms were ok. The design of the room was weird. The bathroom door would not shut. The beds were not very comfortable. No microwave in the room. No complimentary breakfast. For the price, would have thought there would have at least been a continental complimentary breakfast. There was construction in front of the hotel, so using the main entrance was hard. Also trying to navigate through the parking lots was weird also. The rooms and hotel were clean though. We have stayed at the same hotels other places, and they were a better value and more convenient. Staff was pleasant though.
Maybe the location. It was clean.
