The evening meal took an hour and 40 minutes to receive our food. They didn’t go on the order of who came first and the very first people never received their food.

We ate dinner at night in the restaurant downstairs. My wagyu Burger was not very good. My wife got a Cobb salad that had plenty of wilted lettuce in it. They did comp half the meal, so they at least knew something wasn't right and did what they could for us. There was a definite disconnect between the cooks and the waitresses, at least that night. It took a really long time to get the food and it was not busy. Someone even came out of the back and asked us what we had ordered

I like the approximity to the Old National Center. There is also a nice little bar on the first floor. The breakfast buffet was a pretty good value and decent food.

There was not enough staff checking in guests for Friday afternoon when there was a large event at the Ford Center. There was only one and there was a long line.

I included my meal with my room rate, the food was good fresh hot and alot of choices.I will diffently stay at this location again. There is a pedway straight to the Ford Center. The staff was very friendly.

Paying to put your car in a parking garage that stays open most of the time. And very pricey breakfast options.

Right next to the ford center so I was able to walk over to the concert easily through the skywalk. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The setup of the hotel was a little confusing and got turned around a few times.

The rooms were very clean. Overall was clean. Could have kept up dishes in hallway a little better.

I didn't like that. I was told I needed an extra $50 deposit on top of the amount of my bill. When I called the day before to confirm my reservation and confirm my total & was never told about the deposit. I have stayed at other Hilton and was never told that.

The room was clean and liked the restaurant and bar. The staff was friendly and very helpful with any accommodations we needed.

The walk from parking to room was ridiculous. Outside in pouring rain. Once inside the trip to the room is more ridiculous. Having to get off elevator at bar with all our luggage and then another obstacle course to room was beyond frustrating. For these reasons we won’t return or recommend this hotel. Sorry.

Our room was not ready when we arrived (we arrived late afternoon during check in times) and had to wait in line to check in. Once room was ready we were asked to get back in line for another check in. They seemed understaffed. After we were finally in our room the housekeeping staff opened our door and walked in our room by mistake.

When I got in my room there were various pieces of trash on the floor. This was after I waited over half an hour for my room to be inspected and released when I came by after check in. On top of the kitchen ruining the orders of both of the other people in my group while taking over an hour to serve us.. The latter isn't completely their fault as they only had 2 people and the March Madness tournament just ended..

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The building was clean and quiet for the most part. Dylan and Zari were the two people who stood out.

Location or room. Wall behind bed was up against the the elevators heard them alot. Bed was very poorly made, sheet wasn't even tucked in on one side. Very surprised they don't use a fitted bottom sheet. Clerk at front desk Saturday couldn't answer any question and I even for her to find the answer and call us back and she never did. One person told us that staff could bring us a microwave but clerk said they only had one in the Market down stairs
