Breakfast was supposed to be included by website…..cost $22 & it was not good!! TV glitched whole time & told it was because of storm….that never came!! Carpet was stained up in room

I checked into my room that I had booked under my name and used my credit card. I left the hotel and my room keys fell out of my pocket. When I returned and I had realized my keys were gone I went to the front desk where the night desk manager was and told him what happened and showed him my drivers license and politely requested anew key he told me I dont have a room there and to leave or he would call the police. I told him that if he wont give me a key than can he escort me to my room so I can pack up and would go find a new hotel. He said very loud that i dont have a room and he called the police. I told him it was room 466. He refused to look at my confirmation email from the hotel. So I was afraid he had stolen my things so I called 911. At this point my husband walked up to the desk and ask what was the hold up bc he was checking work stuff on his phone sitting in one of the lounge chairs. I filled him in. He looked at the manager and told him to give me a key right now to my room. At this point the police showed up. I was telling the police officer what happened and my husband was at that point given my room key and the manager took off running around to the back and never returned. We asked the police officer to stay so we could go check our room first. We weren't sure if the manager had stolen all if our things or what exactly was going on. We went to our room and our things were all there and the police officer left. We did stay the night but I hardly slept. Early the next morning we packed up and went to the front desk. There was a different person there and ex plained what happened and that we were so upset and felt we couldn't trust the staff at this point that we felt we needed to leave. He apologized and comped our room. It was a horrible experience and because if it will never ever stay at doubletree ever again. Their staff just isnt trained enough in customer relationships at all.

Ate dinner in the Stone Bar and Grill, part of hotel, the food was very good, not spectacular, but the service left a lot to be desired - slow, never came to refill drinks, never brought coke my wife ordered. We ate there out of convenience but would not go back to eat again.

Great downtown location across street from Ford Center and Old National Event Center - all accessible on sky walk. Parking garage directly behind Doubletree. Very clean and quiet, king room was well furnished with excellent bath

There were PUBIC HAIRS on the bathroom floor! Cracker crumbs on the carpet. The room was NOTHING like booking described it would be!

Our room was not ready until later in the evening. We had a concert to go to, and could not get into change or do anything to get prepared for it.

Need to have more waitresses/waiters during the dinner hour. The staff that was there worked really hard but could not keep up with the amount of people showing up for dinner.

Food in hotel restaurant was sub-par and priced too high. Charge for fine dining, deliver microwave dinners.

We arrived later than expected and were told we could only stay if we paid for another room. We also did not get a refund. We ended up ordering an Uber to take us all the way home.

I thought the room was over priced and small. We tried to order food from room service and they were out of everything except for burgers that we paid $50 for and they didn't even have ketchup for the fries! But worst of all was the fact that there was dog hair all over the carpet and the chair in the room!

Loved the location. It was great being able to just cross the street and be at the concert.

They put us in a room right next to the elevation and ALL NIGHT was CLANG CLANG CLANG, BANG BANG BANG. The most miserable night’s sleep we’ve ever had

Location was very convenient since we were attending a show at the Ford Center. Walk across the sky bridge and we were there in 5 minutes

No free breakfast for an expensive room. They never cleaned my room for the 5 days I was there Also charging $17.50 a day for parking was ridiculous.

Good Location,. Good restaurant and nice employees. Nice workout room and nice pool area. Free movie channels was nice too.

Woke up this morning with no hot water for showers. Would greatly appreciate a refund of some kind for the inconvenience.

We did have a hidden fee that we were told we didn't have to worry about. While checking in the hostess told us not to worry about parking fees because the gate was up. When we checked out I received a receipt for two nights of parking that equaled about $35. Not a nice unexpected charge.

We were in town for business and then caught the Luke Bryan show as well. Great area and we didn't even realize it was connected to the Ford Center until we got there. Big time Plus!
