I could tell the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. There was sediment or something at the bottom of the toilet. Some broken glass on the bathroom floor. And crumbs like oatmeal or something on the bathroom floor.

The staff here are very welcoming a nice from the restaurant to the front desk. The saltwater pool/Hot tub Keep me coming back. I hope to stay here some night that I can enjoy the fire pit outside, but so far, each time I come I ran into bad weather.

Very pricey for what we received. Coffee machine was broken and made a mess in room. My view was a wall to the building in a tight corner of the courtyard. The room cleaning could have been ramped up a bit. (A lot of dust and other peoples hair on floor) Breakfast not included in the $300/night price. One elevator for 6 floors.

Location was great, good presence in lobby, comfortable beds. The staff was exceptional.

The shower sucked. No pressure. It was just sad the bathroom so nice and you look forward to a shower and you barely get water and wet from no pressure.

There was a fire alarm that went off around 8:15 pm. 😳 After approx. 15 minutes outside, we got the all-clear. I asked a staff member why the alarms (super loud) went off. He explained that the smoke from the grill in the kitchen caused it. 😕 One little issue, the drain in the sink of the bathroom didn’t drain well.

The lobby/ lounge area. The beds & linens were exceptional! The staff were professional and friendly. The breakfast was tasty and good quality. The towels were very clean and luxurious. The pool & hot tub were clean and refreshingly comfortable.

Our bed was super uncomfortable. I think some rooms may need new mattresses or beds altogether. It felt like it was lower at the head of the bed and we were laying at an incline. Both beds were like this.

Location was great, facility was clean, staff was friendly and wr LOVE the cookie they give out as a thank you. They accommodated us with a room facing the direction we asked for as we love looking at different scenery.

They had a great breakfast, but at $15-$20 was steep. We didn’t stay to eat. Seems like a small continental breakfast would be provided and if guests want more, they could buy the breakfast.

The pool and hot tub was cold unfortunately. We booked this hotel so our son could swim while we were in the area and reviews mentioned a heated pool. Was disappointed to find out they were both cold. However, everything else about the hotel and our stay was amazing!

The staff was very friendly. Spacious clean room with very comfortable bed and large bathroom. Having the restaurant and bar on the 1st floor was a welcomed extra.

Food in the restaurant was terrible. We had breakfast there and it was gross. It cost us $30 and it was inedible. We had high hopes that since they had a restaurant there it would be good, certainly glad we didn’t try dinner there.

It was a little pricey, even though other hotels of the same caliber were similar in price. It would have been nice if a continental breakfast was included…………This would have saved me from knocking my coffee off the table at McDonald’s and embarrassing myself in front of all the early morning people. OK, so I may have done the same at the hotel anyway. :-)

Did not have the breakfast…….we did not want a full meal and did not want to pay the full meal price. The staff at the hotel was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

No microwave in the room. However this isn’t a negative at all, since there is a microwave wave for guests to use at the restaurant in the lobby. So it’s a minor, “didn’t like”, but since the question is on here, that is my only answer!

We loved everything about the property. Close to several restaurant options and stores. The pool was absolutely amazing. The best hotel pool we’ve ever used. The temperature was perfect. The bed was super comfortable as well as the bedding and pillows. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
