The downside was that there wasn’t a pool for my kids to run off all the extra energy they had. There also wasn’t a continental breakfast. Due to the fact that there was a restaurant in the hotel.

The restaurant inside the hotel was very good.

Shower had some mold/mildew growth could’ve used a deep clean. Had issues with the wifi and door keys but this was a city wide power issue no fault of the hotel.

Very good location if you are going to perfect north. Staff was friendly. Loved the check in cookies.

Smelled like vomit near the head of the bed, there were toenail and fingernail clippings on the floor next to the head of the bed along with years of dust all around the headboard area and behind the stands. Blood drippings on bathroom floor.

Bed was comfortable. Room temperature was perfect.

For such a fancy hotel you think they would have a refrigerator. Even requested one and it wasnt provided. For the price especially. 230 a night before tax and whatever fee they want to charge. I'll stay at a cheaper hotel for a frig. Plus it's been 4 days and they still haven't gave me back the 50 dallor deposit. Most hotel give it back in the first 24 hours.

People were great! The buffet dinner was good. Not sure I ate 35 dallors worth but it was good! The location is amazing!

The shower area needed much help with cleaning the soapy residue from the gorgeous glass doors, and the shower floor. The shampoo and conditioner containers were empty. I wanted some ice and surprisingly had to actually look for the cannister which wasn't clean so I used the bar of soap to wash it.

The bathroom had not been cleaned, and there were dirty towels hanging and on the floor. Dirty Qtips on top of the ice bucket. Had to ask for CLEAN fresh towels 2X on both Friday and Saturday before receiving

Drain in our bathroom shower leaked water onto the floor about five gallons and we had to clean mop up.

Our sink had a minor issue that caused it to drain EXTREMELY slowly allowing water to build up.

staff was fantastic, and location was perfect to get to where we needed. the buildings main lobby was beautiful. The river right outside the hotel was very nice s well. (Cookies were delicious!)

Cleanliness of room was not up to par with Doubletree. No fridge in room and tv channels were limited.

The facility is beautiful. It is to new to have a yucky looking floor in the shower. You could see dirty spots behind the bathroom door and under the sink like the cleaning staff gave the floor a hit and a miss. The shower floor was slippery like it had soap scum built up on it and the shower faucet look like it had soap scum on it. I wish I had taken pictures. It was room 807.

Keys were not working when we arrived, so desk staff had to walk us to our room and we did not feel inclined to leave the room due to not having a way to get back into our room easily. The rooms were not available for check in at the available check in time.

The room was clean and fairly quiet.
