Breakfast was not included in the already hefty price. The rooftop bar that looked so appealing on the Booking site pictures, was closed and in disrepair (see photos). The front desk staff refused to give me an invoice: I had to ask Booking.com for this, they said (?).

The room was clean and modern and had a nice view. The beds were comfortable. It was good to have an ironing board and flatiron. The bar and restaurant were nice.

I didn’t know the rooftop was closed. Also the lobby/elevators are super busy and I was charged twice on my cc for the deposit. Had to go explain to get it solved.

King room with city view was amazing, great bed and amazing view. The room was really big as well and cleaned daily.

Decor needed tidying up a bit, the lifts looked like they had been stripped and were a bit on the shabby side.

Rooms were comfortable but basic. Staff were very good with recommendations and even a warm cookie on arrival which we needed! The location was great also, close to Times Square and our favourite spot Bryant Park. Also the subway station was very close by and is a stop on the c train from the airport.

The shower sometimes flooded the bathroom if the angle faced outwards. You had to stay close to the wall to avoid this.

Great location, hotel staff friendly and good sized room. We stayed on the 34th floor and the views were great. There are 4 lifts and you didn’t know whether it would take 5 minutes or 25 minutes. Just plan accordingly and you’ll be fine. We were on our honeymoon and our bed was decorated (see photo) just lovely!

The aircon was quite loud, and the tv didn’t properly turn off so we had to use towels to cover up the screen.

As mentioned, the lifts are painfully slow. Other than that, a great hotel.

There was a lot of building works going on so the hotel didn't quite look like the photos but it was ok, we were out in day so only used this hotel to sleep. The staff were great, warm cookie on arrival, helped us get a taxi etc. great location, strong wifi, good bathroom

First valet said it's 75$ they were not clear it's $75 per every 24hrs And the valet /bellmen are under staffed not enough people no one outside when you arrive for prices they charge they need more people so someone is out side helping arriving guests. Next my bathroom door and shower door was broken. I was charged over 600 for two night stay and when I checked in they took extra 100 ..50 per day for insidentils. But every day I was there they tried to charge me again the 50$ fee after taking it when I checked in but I'm knowledgeable traveler I gave them a card they couldn't get more funds from. Work on your pricing and staffing and fix the doors in rooms.

I liked location to Times Square and how helpful the staff tried to be in every situation

Fridge didn't work ..had to ask twice to get a new one over 3 days. Rooms are so tiny! Attatched restaurant is overpriced.. Some days the room wasn't made up til 5/6 on the evening.

The location was great. Close to tines square, broadway, hop on hop off bus, subway. Whole foods supermarket 2 min walk away, good coffee at coffee shop next door and two bros pizza next door, $1.99 / slice! Beds were comfortable We arrived at 7am...check in isn't til 3 but staff managed to get us in around 1:30.

4 elevators and could be extremely slow but that is to be expected. Room was a little on the small side but we didn't spend much time in it so did not effect us as much.

Great hotel in an ideal location for all your NYC needs. Staff were extremely nice and helpful, check in and check out was a breeze.

Unfortunately rooftop bar was under reconstruction. Rooms were small, and looked rather old. We booked one month in advance, but the room was much cheaper a day before staying. Performance for the cost could have been better.

We didn’t have any problems with the elevator wait times. Room was clean. Staff were very polite and nice. Location wise at the center of the city.

The elevators were slow, but I did remember reading it prior to my arrival. A little more attention to the cleaning of the bathrooms. I accidentally dropped a make-up item off the sink, and it rolled underneath. When I retrieved it, it was dirty with hair and dust😱.

The location was fine, and the accommodations were fine. I just had to remember NYC hotel rooms are generally smaller than I'm used too😬
