You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe servers at breakfast were not very friendly, and didn't clean tables off often, but when we were finished eating, didn't miss the opportunity to tell us to tip her. I found that very rude.
The location, staff, and breakfast were absolutely amazing! These rooms were probably the most sound proof I've ever experienced in a hotel room. It was so quiet, and they were sold out, so I know for sure there were people on both sides of our walls. We heard nothing, except a child in the hallway at one point. It was one of my most enjoyable stays to date. The free cookies were also a great perk. If ever back in the area, we will not even think twice about staying here again! It's a must!! Like I stated above, it was completely sold out the night of our stay, and everything was very well managed and kept up with.

United States of AmericaI didn’t like that the parking structure was filled with hotel parking spaces and we could barely find a space since there was events going on, however a few hours later all those parking spots that said hotel parking were completely empty. I would ask the hotel to manage their parking situations better so that actual hotel guest that have paid for a room have decent parking
Our visit was cut short due to unforeseen circumstances. We were not able to stay there but knew there would be no refund or partial refund.

United States of AmericaWe did not know you needed a reservation for dinner. The restaurant was nearly empty. We did not have a reservation and they sent us to the very crowded bar. There were no tables available and we had to eat dinner at the bar. I don’t know why they would not allow us to eat in the restaurant when there were so many unoccupied tables available.
