You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaNot having room service done regardless of me asking at 6:30am Saturday morning. At a conference all day and no service provided. Front desk, when asked, said I didn’t ask for it. Told him I saw the morning person write my number in log and yet, still said I didn’t ask for it because now…poof! It wasn’t there. Sadly disappointed. “Comped” me some snacks, I guess because…that felt appropriate? Anyway, it was a sufficient location albeit far from rest of areas we needed to be.

United States of AmericaWhen I booked my reservation I went through booking. com. My reservation indicated that breakfast was included. Next day when walked to the restaurant, the lady said to me that breakfast was not included. I went to the Front Desk to get clarity on that, and the Manager confirmed that the price I payed for my room did not included breakfast. That small detail made my overall expirience a bit sour. The question here who's responsible for the bill I payed for breakfast at another location?

USAThe housekeeping was annoying not that it wasn't clean. It had a lot of the Latino housekeepers who conveniently didn't know what you were talking about when you asked for some clean towels. Then on our last day we left the room 2 hours before checkout to get breakfast. I put the do not disturb sign on the door. We came back to the room an hour and half later. To find the room was made up all our food that we had in our refrigerator was thrown away and our suitcase was next to the door. We asked the housekeeper did she throw our food away? She said oh yeah but there was no do not disturb sign on the door. She told me oh I thought you were checking out. If my suitcase was still in the closet, my toothbrush was still on the sink, and there was food in the refrigerator that would be a hint and a half to anybody with common sense that the person who is staying in this room did not check out yet. We went to front desk and they said they were going to refund one night stay refund for what happened. We have yet to see that money.
The hotel was great. It needed a little fixing up our door had some kind of dry rotted bottom it was great clean pretty.
